Great place to rent. Staff is courteous and you get to go inside for ac and not stand outside in the sun like other car rentals do

Use to be my favorite but recently I wanted to rent a van for the holidays in Fort Lauderdale airport but prices went up 3 times. Around $1400 and up for a 10 days.

Soooooo happy with my experience! Popped in to drop off my rental and it was very easy and the guy working there was extremely nice.

Would not recommend using this company. The fact that they allow booking a rental car knowing they have none is insane. Upon arriving from a ride share the associate was nice but allowing us to walk 40 minutes and arrive only to be told they MAYBE will have a car by 2 is terrible customer service. If you have to use this company definitely call and talk with a person as their online system is obviously useless.

Female Staff member was very rude and unprofessional, she gave me rented car that wasn't even washed, then siad the reason was because it was raining outside. The car had scratches and the female who help was very unprofessional she didn't even do an inspection on the vehicle with me at all. Very unprofessional.

Hidden treasure, however I made a reservation on line when I got there I was told car not available I had to upside the car, but at the end of the day I paid 28 cents more per day

Always a long wait and generally rude service. While I am waiting I am listening to an unbelievably unpleasant series of conversations with a variety of customers. Additionally, a limited and poor selection of vehicles.

Said there was a over night drop box. Its 1am raining gates are locked and no drop box. I should have used enterprise.

Took 40 minutes to get through a line of 4 people. When I got to the desk, the clerk said I should be grateful that it did not take an hour. She then purposely moved so slowly to the point that it took another 20 minutes. I pleaded with her, telling her my two children needed me, but she only found humor in it. I will not rent from Hertz again.

Very poor quality vehicles they had on their lot and the manager is an ass learn to be a people person Mr Dick and no that your customers need to always be satisfied now go and turn in your badge and keys and resign just sad

Was handed a unwashed car with litter and an intoxicating scent of cigarette smoke. They also overestimated the amount of gas in the tank by an 1/8. Be aware and alert when dealing with this branch.

This place is the real deal. Safe and friendly. I made a mistake, and Hertz still helped me out big time. Shout out to manager Federico. Good man and thank you sir. And thank you to your kind associate. They took care of me beyond any car rental my entire life. Thats for sure. Thank you Hertz Team

Not the greatest rental company, they tried me by telling me that the smell of cannabis in the car came from the detergent they use to clean the vehicles.

Just had my life and my friend's put in jeopardy cause of this company, how do you rent a customer a vehicle that comes back as a stolen car? Police ran the tag vin and all good but tag come back as a stolen trailer.like really. GUNS DRAWN On US

The employee I had was amazing, the experience was not.it was just like Seinfeld said.you have no problem taking a reservation.you just have a problem holding the car.but the young lady behind the counter made it eight

Rented a mini-van for a cross-country trip. I had placed my reservation online and then called a week ahead and spoke to G. O.about specific models. He was great and picked out one that was perfect for my needs - luxury model that was really comfy, had plenty of room for everything, and even had XM radio. Since the office is small, we had a wait a long time to start the process, but then it was easy. Better than using the Ft. Lauderdale airport since they never answer their phone.

Only opened til 12 on Saturday and closed Sunday only a couple of parking spaces for the customer

Awesome customer service. I was at pembroke rd location. The customer service was great. Fast speedy very helpful and I got a great car for a great price. Jobyna was just awesome!
