3 consistently EXCELLENT experiences with this Hertz Davie location. Best in class service every time. Accommodating on time, never a hassle, cars always clean and perfect. Highly recommend.

My experience at this location has been the best. Smooth and professional. Tony is the absolute best. He transported me from the dealer and back and he was so courteous, professional and funny. If I could give more stars I would.

Staff is rude. I responded to him. He told me lower my voice. My dad is signing and pressing green with the pen and he wants to grab it out his hand.

The dealership sent me to this place for a rental car while they work on mine and what a nice experience - great customer service, fast and efficient. In and out in no time.

Carlos has always been our go-to Hertz representative. He has always went above and beyond to find us the avilability and best deals for our business needs.i highly recconend him to anyone looking for a reliable rentacar.

Meant to leave this review last week. Everyone was really nice. Had the rental for a week while my car was at the dealer. I dealt mostly with Carlos who gave me the rental and Tony who drove me back and forth to the dealership. Customer service was on point. Thank you guys!

We came to returned the car at the same time a client was leaving it was 4: 50 and the employee close the door on our faces then walked to the back door yelling the store is close now and slammed the back door so hard. We were amazed of such a rude behavior. That employee should not be dealing with people. We were taken from the huyndai car dealer at weston to this office. We will let huyndai know how horrible their customers are being treated in this car rental place

Reservation was at noon. Nobody called me or told me they closed at noon. Showed up at 12: 15 and doors are locked. On Easter weekend. Glad there is an airport nearby!
What could have been done to make this better? Courtesy customer call to say hey lady, we're closing (to all the appointments that were at noon). Or better yet, don't make any appointments at noon.
Maybe the software needs to be tweaked to indicate that is the closing time?
I caught a ride and the address in maps led us to the wrong place twice, and then when we got there it was closed.
Not my day. Maybe this is a sign I should stay home.lol

Worst hertz I have ever been to! They lied to me about the price and now I am stuck with a car because the location is closed and hertz does not allow me to drop off anywhere else. Save your money and go somewhere else.

These guys gave me every answer to why Hertz is going out of business. Its because of customer service and their rental representatives. Be extremely careful renting car from this location. Horrible experience returning the vehicle. We took Sub-compact car even though we booked and paid for midsized suv since they don't have midsized suv. Agent was extremely sweat talking while selling me a small car but when called for return they were like who the heck are you.

Wow, this location doesn't want to help at all. I have a problem with a Hertz vehicle, and I need to swap it out, but nobody cares.

I would give them 0 stars if I could.

I left two huge bags of clothes in the trunk and no one ever called me to pick it up when I called to report that I left it In the truck they said they would call
Me back and never did. I called again and they said they never saw two bags full of clothes but that is not true because I had just put it in there two days before dropping off the car and it’s a Nissan Rogue so the trunk is not visible to the public. It was clothes for donation but they could have at least called me and told me they had it when I dropped off the car because whoever cleaned the car saw it in the trunk. I don’t appreciate businesses that aren’t honest

Nice location. Booked through Expedia and was fairly easy. One thing Expedia doesn’t tell you about insurance required which was an extra $91 for liability with hertz. Staff was friendly and booked an small suv. Was expecting a Nissan Rogue but was selected for me was a tiny Ford Edge. That didn’t work it was really small. At first I wasn’t given an option until I told the rep I wasn’t taking it. Luckily they had a Nissan Altima for my second option and equal value to my reservation

Great customer service, got a nice upgrade, greatly appreciated that, and fast check out.will go here again for rentals.not to fond of the security deposit, but besides that it was great.
