Ford kendall llc sent me here with a letter for the rental of a car for the guarantee. And hertz charged my card for all the rent instead of charging ford you call by phone and there is no human response, it's just a machine.

First off I would like to say that the customer service is horrible (Luis) he’s rude, lies and change rental agreements. It’s been several occasions Luis have provided horrible customer service. I’ve been given dirty cars at last minute notice, I’ve been given cars that required service a couple days later, damaged cars, also had my rates changed within the office to where corporate hade to refund me because someone charged the rental agreement. Will rather ride a push scooter before renting from this establishment again…. GET LUIS SOME TRAINING HE WAS RUDE TO THE YOUNG MAN AHEAD OF ME REGARDING NOT HAVING A RENTAL THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE AVAILABLE AND TELLIN HIM THERES NOTHING HE CAN DO

This place is ridiculous. 1 month later and still charging my credit card. Rented on expedia and was not honored the price because they had no cars at the price. Ended up doing another reservation online and getting a car. Was charged the wrong amount and have not gotten my credit back even after calling every day for a whole month. Today my card received another charge.

I rented a car here for a week. I really appreciated the kind & professional employee (Louis) who checked me in and checked me out when I returned the car. The car I got was perfect as well. Thank you & will be back

Reserved a car. Got an old, smelly 2019 vehicle! Wth? Last time the vehicle smelled like smoke. Every vehicle I get I have to clean and buy air freshener for use. Time before that, expired tag. I will not rent anymore vehicles from here

Went to hertz on Friday with a rental I had for a month. All of the employees there were really helpful and a gentleman there with the last name ALI with curly hair helped me out a lot. The service was quick, confronting, and satisfying. He took his time to help me even tho we came almost at closing time. Even the lady who cleans and looks at the car was super nice and helpful. Thank you to this entire staff for being reliable.

You are being warned, Rent a car that's the smooth part, but make sure, and I mean make sure you get and look at your receipt before you walk out and when you bring the rental back. If they have to upgrade you cause they do not have what you reserved, they will charge you thinking you will not catch it. Also if you turn in the car early like 3 days before your original date they will still try to charge you, how I know they well he tried to pull a fast one on me, my wife and mother. 3 different transactions, 3 different dates but the same person you do the math.

These guys were great! We had our experiences with enterprise down the road and they were not good. The staff working here were helpful and honest.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service. Be ready to get charged hidden fees that they don’t take accountability for.

This is the most irresponsible hertz that I’ve ever been. I made reservations 2 weeks ago and they waited till the same day to tell me they didn’t have the car available. We have a family trip and now we have no car. Thanks hertz for ruining our vacation.

This agency have only one employee at a time of my arrival making all kind of promises that car was in another location close by then that was actually west palm beach and the Manager no where to be found. I called a day before and arrive to location 2 hrs ahead to make sure they didn’t mess the reservation. Incredibly 2 hrs later they couldn’t find the car for my reservation. I have to go and book with a competitor. Not sure what advice to give except book in the airport this agencies give priority to the walk ins and don’t honor the reservations. I witness 2 other couples in vacation attire complaining and cancelling in front of me because their reservation were not honor.

Will not be dealing with them anymore. When I got to the office the car I had rented to pick up May 20,2022 was not ready in the sense that they didn't have any there. Then they had to call around to see if they could get me a car. They find me one and then tell me that because my card is a debit card it would be a $500 deposit. Mind you I had been calling all week to find out their deposit process, but no one ever answered. All I got was excuses. Would not recommend them to anyone. Customer Service is not what they are about. They only care about the money. Luckily I went to enterprise and they were able to help me and now I get to keep my travel plans. Horrible experience when did companies stop caring about customers?

Worst experience ever renting a car. The car was with service light in the dash on and the tires was all done. I didn't notice till start raining and the car was impossible to drive. I went to change the tires and the oil. Wheb I try to extend my rental they change the monthly rate that they gave me and try to charge my card $2,700 for 4 weeks of rental with a not save to drive car. Also they dont have you access the customers satisfaction department until they close your contract

Would rate 0 stars if possible. We reserved a pickup truck 5 days in advance. We arrived at this location on time. I walked in the door and the staff member didn't even look up from his phone until after I said hello twice. Then they casually told us they didn't have a pickup truck and that it would arrive the next day, completely ruining our trip. We are gold status members, obviously that means nothing. Zero effort made to reconcile the issue. Stay away!

Was referred to this hertz location as a loaner from BMW South. The car appeared to not have been washed. Food in the air vents, the streaking wheel had something spilled all over it. And after taking the car the check engine light turn on.
