I cannot even begin to explain how amazing my car buying experience through Hertz was. Ralddy, my 'car salesperson' was the best in every way possible! I went in to see the car I was inquiring about on Saturday, 1/11 and was skeptical as it was my first time purchasing a car, so I told him I was gonna hold off and not jump the gun. Welll after 2 unsuccessful and stressful weekends dealing with aggressive dealership salesmen, I called Ralddy back up on the 18th & he let me know that the car I was inquiring about was still available and I could come in on Sunday and start the buying process. From there, there were no bs hidden fees, no scams, no wasting our time, & I got the car I wanted for an unbeatable price to be honest & their warranty plans are just unbeatable. I can't express enough how happy I am about having the car I wanted and just having an overall wonderful experience during the buying process. Thank you so much!

Staff was super friendly and organized. I called about a car I was interested in, they had it ready for me to test drive in less than 10 minutes. Paperwork was super quick and easy. Will definitely recommend to friends & family!

This was my 5th dealership I visited before purchasing a car. Their dealer fee was the lowest, they didn’t have any mystery “reconditioning fees” added on either. My salesman was Ralddy. A very nice easy going guy who didn’t even once try to sell me anything over what I was looking for. Their selection is not that great, BUT my car was easily 4K underpriced. And with less fees, I walked out of there with a very good deal. Yes the cars may have scuff marks (I bought an SUV so the tail gate had a few from most likely luggage bags)
This was not a deterrent for me, because I know the engine would have been religiously serviced. Unlike other used trades where you have no idea how often it was serviced. I highly recommend Hertz; I actually was surprised they weren’t busier.

Bought my car from them little less than 2 years ago and the whole ac unit has to be replaced along with a new battery. Its costing me 840 bucks. That's what I get for giving you guys business. Thanks

Overall, I had a positive experience here. I'm happy with my purchase and my salesperson, Luis, was tremendous and really went above and beyond. Taking a star off from an otherwise 5-star experience due to the finance guy being a bit pushy toward the end. Take your time and don't be afraid to push back when something doesn't look right in your contract.

I absolutely love using Hertz 4 buying a used car. Two of my daughters are done so in the last several months and they're both really happy with their cars. We did a lot of research online before we bought the car and Hertz had the best prices by a long shot. They stand by their cars, and they're all late model with somewhat decent mileage.

The best place in town to buy a car. No high pressure sales honest down to earth people. Got us in and out in an hour and a half for $1000 dollar less then we expected to put down payment lower then we expected by $150 a month with a bumper to bumper warranty gap coverage and oil change and tire rotation. We will buy from them again.

I had a great experience from the moment I arrived to when I drove away behind the wheel of my newly purchased 2016 Chevy Sonic LTZ. The location had a large selection of used cars to choose from and I was able to get an idea of what I was looking for from the online website. I had it narrowed down to 3 different cars that would meet my needs and were within my price range. Once I got there, Luis Camacho was able to make the car buying process flow smoothly. We were able to talk about the various cars and options, see them on the lot and test drive - all of which helped me decide. I love the car I just bought and highly recommend this location (and Luis!) if you are looking to buy a car.

So far my experience with them has been great. We bought a new car after test driving 2. Their prices are great, compared to some of the other local dealerships. The same car we bought was selling for 6k more and had less miles. I loved that we had the chance to do the 3 day test drives which gave us the ability to have it inspected by a mechanic. They provide a 1yr free warranty with purchase. Chuck was amazing to deal with. Very attentive and patient with us, and answered all our questions and then some. If this car last through the payments i will definitly be purchasing again from them.

I’ve regretably bought two cars from this location. Each time the process took more than 7 hours. I paid for the second purchase in full expecting that would shorten the process. It did not. While I was looking I called 3 times asking about different cars and never got a call back. Horrible experience. I should’ve known better. Save your time and money.

I had a great experience at Hertz car sales! I purchased a certified used 2016 Nissan Sentra and love it! The sales people are so nice and accommodating without being one bit salesy or pushy. They worked hard to finish the process so that I could be done right on time for work. They truly understand the best way to buy a car and I would never want to go anywhere else. I highly recommend Hertz to anyone looking to buy a great car on a lower budget!

By far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a used car. My salesman Louis was very patient with my many questions, very knowledge about the particular car. No pressure sales tactics was another positive. I would highly recommend these folks, especially if you are a female senior citizen!

Everyone was great except for the finance manager, total douchebag. He should not be allowed to talk to any customer in the world. He was the rudest guy I have ever dealt with on any business level. The salesperson was sweet as could be, they wouldn’t give me the keys to my care until I raised my voice. I spent three hours there without one piece of paperwork with numbers and he demanded $3500 down payment. I have excellent credit, don’t want to throw the race card in it but why not, left there within 45 minutes I’m at Galeana buying the same car but nicer and the made my negative equity work. I feel like they should give me a free rental car for the hassle, and I’m not talking about a Kia Forte either.

TYPICAL TERRIBLE SLEAZY dealership. They will tell you what you want to hear from them when it comes to making a sale but do not hold to their end of the deal and do not care about your business once they got your money.
I bought a car back in July and purchased their maintenance package. They told me I should receive the booklet for oil changes etc in the mail. It's now November and my car is due for an oil change and I haven't received or heard anything from them. So I stopped by at the dealership on 11/11/17 to see what was the hold up. They said they couldn't do anything about it that day and just took my name and told me the manager will call me on Monday. The first red flag I should of noticed is when the person that took my info could care less on hearing me out and just kept saying that the manager will get in touch with me when I was trying to explain myself. I was not looking for a petty party, but he could of been more personable.
So the day arrives that I'm supposed to hear from the manager, lo and behold, I don't hear anything from them. I call them on my break which is at 3: 30 P. M. I tell the manager about my situation and all he does, Mark is his name, starts firing excuses about how he just got the message at 10 A. M.and then that he contacted the people that handle the maintenance package and haven't heard from them. Which is understandable BUT Mark had the nerve to say that, " What do you want me to do, call you and tell you that? " In my head I'm thinking yes the professional thing to do in a situation like this would be to fill the customer in on whatever the concern is. I tell him that would be the right thing to do so you don't make me, the customer, feel like you're ignoring or blowing the customer off. Then he tells me that he will call them and get back to me. Not even minutes later, he was able to comfirm that I did buy a maintenance package (probably because for some reason he thought I was lying or they never ordered it when I first bought it back in July) and that it would be sent to my home in TWO TO FOUR WEEKS! Let's do the math, he came across the note about my problem at 10 AM, between then and when I call them at 3: 30 PM he tells me he had not heard anything so did not feel the need to call me to say that he's waiting on a response but was able to find out within minutes after I called him. Something doesn't add up and it sounds like they have no accountability whatsoever.
I could of caused a scene the Saturday I went in to ask them at the dealership and I could of gave Mark a hard time when I had to call them after being told that he would be calling me but I didn't. Mark was very defensive right off the bat when I told him my problem so I'm sure they get a lot of disgruntled customers on the regular. I just wanted to know what was the delay. That was the worse experience I've ever been through not only with their customer service but their management as well. The funny thing is, the Saturday I went in, the person that handles their financing and warranties sold me the maintenance package. I tried to flag him down to talk to him but he kept on walking like he knew I had a problem and he was the one that told me, " We operate like a family business, not like the other dealerships. " I will never do business with them again, will tell anyone that will listen not to give them their business, and go to a real dealership. BUYERS BEWARE!

I have rented cars on several occasions from Hertz in Estero. The employees have been very courteous and quick. The cost of renting at this local facility is without question a good value. I have also purchased a previous Hertz rental here. The car was in good condition and below book value. I highly recommend the Estero Hertz location for a rental or the purchase of one of their previously owned vehicles.

I recently switched from Enterprise to Hertz because of the lack of respect that I was receiving from Enterprise, best decision I ever made! Hertz has proven to be the best choice so far. Hertz always goes that extra mile to ensure I get exactly what I want and need.
