Doesn't return phone calls or emails even after paying them 3k have seen little to no progress collecting the debt.

If I could rate this -50 stars, I would. I pulled my credit report to learn that I have something in there that shouldn’t be! I rented a room from someone. We were doing a weekly thing.i didn’t end up staying a whole month due to the gross miscarriage of professionalism.when I left, I had one week due.but on my credit report it shows 3 times that and it’s not accurate!

I was going to use this firm for collection purposes, but didn't want to pay the fee so told a lady that I didn't want to use the services, now I am getting harassed to pay fees because the debt was settled elsewhere. Now I have to use a legal team to sort this mess out. I strongly recommend using a different company for your collection services!

This company called me to collect a debt, and when I asked them to validate it and send me proof of the debt, Marshall told me to call the original consumer.it's a violation of the FDCPA for a debt collector to refuse to send a validation notice or fail to respond to your verification letter. CFPB have been contacted.

Most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. I had a grown man screaming at me and calling my husband and I names. He also refused to take down my bankruptcy information which is illegal. I’m contacting my attorney as well as the BBB.

Bad service, bad esperience.
When you do the introduction everything seems like you are going somewhere, after this they stop doing any efforts and combine with bad communication and bad follow up you realize actually you are not going anywhere

Four stars, not yet five, because our case is currently underway and has not yet been resolved. Having said that, I very highly recommend working with Marshall Knight at this agency. He knows his stuff and is patient when explaining concepts and procedures. He also makes a point of being readily available. If you must leave a voicemail, you can be sure he will return your call by no later than the next day - usually the same day. Marshall, and HF Holdings, is taking good care of us.

I haven't ben paid in 3 years so I gave it one more shot with this firm and 56 nights later and I received all of it. Thanks Hf Holdings

I haven’t heard from Jeremy or any of the other staff there since October/November 2022. I had money owed to me so I decided to contact a debt collector, Jeremy wasn’t the nicest person to talk to and didn’t seem as knowledgeable on the topic as I heard someone telling him word for word what to say to me to explain the process of payment. I haven’t gotten a follow up on what we wanted to do next after discussing the next process. The next process was to pay more money which I understand the fees but their communication skills and investigation wasn’t good. I ended up doing things another way.

They were so helpful and made the debt process easy for me to understand. If I ever need this service again, they’ll be the first I’ll call.

This Company has great representatives. When I called I spoke with Glenda and she rocked. Then I started my Claim with Jose and he got on it ASAP and kept me up to date. I’m truly satisfied and recommend HF again.
