We needed a vehicle after both of our cars were written off by our insurance company because of Hurricane Ian here in Fort Myers. I decided that we needed an SUV for my wife and I had decided on the Lincoln MKX. I saw several on line but Howard had the 5 star reputation and a good price. I spoke to Howard over the phone and we set up a time for us to drive over to Pompano. When we arrived it was like buying a car from your favourite Uncle. First you sit and have a chat with Howard and Sylvie - they like to get to know you a bit, and it’s nice. He had the MKX inside so he took us out and we looked at it. It was very clean. He threw us the keys and told us to take it out for a test drive. We did and it ran well. We concluded the deal right then and there. We paid cash and my wife drove her new MKX home. We have had it about 3 months now and it is a wonderful vehicle. The brakes need some work as you have to press way down before they kick in and for some reason the exhaust system hangs lower and swings more freely than one would expect - it is like it is unrestrained somehow, although it is in excellent condition. When you go over a bump you can hear it scrape. This is not Howard’s fault and when we take it in to get the brakes fixed I will have them look at this as well. All in all, we had a wonderful experience at Hhott Auto Sales and I most certainly buy a vehicle from Howard again.

Howard was amazing! This was by far the easiest car sale I've ever been apart of! (And I used to sell cars myself.) He was more than upfront with all information about the vehicle, and undersold it, to be honest! My father lives in Boston and recently purchased a vehicle and was very happy with his purchase, so he told me to give a look. I couldn't be happier that I did, I got a great family SUV that I know will last many years. So, I have told my brother that he should look into hhot car sales, so I recommend that you give him a call. I live in Maine, so it's very difficult to find vehicles that aren't rusting, my new SUV is basically in factory condition everywhere. Howard also set me up with an excellent transport service, so even post sale he was there to make sure everything and then some was more than perfect.

Great buying experience. We stopped in to see a van that was advertised on Autotrader, we looked at the van but another car caught our eye. Howard (owner) was very friendly and helpful with no pressure. We told him we were looking at other cars I listed and wanted to see. He suggested we go look at what we listed. The next day we returned and bought the car. It's nice to deal with one person, Howard, and his wife Silvie who keeps things organized. We will definitely buy another car from them again.
