4Great security company. I use them for my property to provide arm security, and they do a great job. Thank you guys.
They need to fire this irresponsible trouble maker. This so called guard hangs with the residents for hours at a time every time he's on shift at Palm Place Appartments! I've reported him to management along with proof and they did nothing the girl he hangs with has been harassing me and making false reports against me and he is playing along with her. Why just pure envy and jealously. He is rude! Unprofessional and doesn't enforce community rules when he sees residents breaking them yet he reports lies on me. Residents are not allowed to hang on the stairs yet they do disturbing the peace & when I call to tell him he ignores the call for help. Another time I was being followed by a stalker and when I reached out to him for help he didn't help me so what's the point of him being here? I will be contacting the Attorney General and I will be reporting this to the police, Better Business Buearu and the Corporate Office!
Not impressed with this company. In my community the guards spend 90% of their shift sitting in the clubhouse. When they do patrol they drive so fast and run stop signs I doubt they are able to see any security concerns/incidents.

The staff here is super amazing, family. Hi-Tek Security is a great company to work for as well as a awesome opportunity and very supportive.
