I bought the roof in that place, the lady who places your order is very kind, the man who gives you the materials is the most despicable and blackmailing person I have ever met, the treatment is terrible, the most unpleasant experience I have ever had, I personally did not return to buy anything there.

Count carefully when you receive the merchandise because you are careless and they keep it and then they say that I will deliver it to you, I had to buy 20 rolls of tape because they did not deliver it to me and they kept them

Called to ask prices for adhesive rolls to seal between insulated panels, they gave me a price over the phone and told me to come that they had it. To my surprise when I got to the place they told me I had to pay cash since I didn’t have An account with them, told them ok I’ll open an account. I’m a General Contractor, They told me I have to buy 5 times before they open an account. I bought from this people years ago never had an issue. Terrible customer service, they should informe clients of their policies before making people to drive to their place.

Last week called this place for estimate and once phone rings person answer and put u on hold for 11 minutes then call drop. Called again twice this week same lady put u on hold them call drops again. How many times you have to call a place to talk to some one?
