The attention of the ladies who work there is terrible.very poorly educated, they have very bad customer services! Only the girl who assists you at the door is friendly.

Is in hialeah so expect a lot of chizme and people talking over each other like a mad chicken house

It took 4 days to get a title for an out of state purchase. With no lien.
They gave very little guidance and a ton of attitude. No intention of helping the customers. They would look at the paperwork and say no good, you need a Bill of Sale. The dealer I bought the vehicle from, does not do bill of sales and kept insisting that the forms they sent were typical and had been used numerous times for Florida transfers.
Had to figure it out on my own. They kept referring to a Bill of Sale and did not point out that a purchase order from the dealer showing $0 balance would serve the same purpose. Rude and obnoxious workers that clearly hate their jobs.
Hope to never see them again. Joe

Staff needs better training. Went in to register my boar and they couldn't do it asking for more paper work then is required, did it at another agency no issue I had all the paper work. Staff needs to be trained better losing buisness.

I renewed my tags here very cheap and in less than 5 minutes I already had my new tags.great place fast service definitely recommend to others

Lack of expierience, knowledge, or knowing how to properly explain information. My personal view, send them all back to 1st grade and start all over

The day I went to transfer a title to my name was a Saturday, in my experience it was very good, the woman who helped me was very fast and professional, it didn't take me more than 35 minutes. I want to recommend that you bring cash, it's the only way to pay for your services.

I rather take that extra drive for better customer service and Hialeah Gardens Auto Tag Agency associates got that hearty knowledgeable customer service attitude I was lost leaving 183rd got to Hialeah sorry I don’t remember my main cashier name but I got info from three different cashiers step by step and got my tag sorted out without making trips as I did 183rd

The worst place I have ever seen. Only one person working at the window calling random numbers instead of numbers in order they do not assist you if you're handicapped unless you walk in with a wheelchair or a walker the worst place I have ever seen

Ladies work who should be at home watching Case Closed. They don't know anything and they yell at you. Then when they mess up it's your fault and they wash their hands.

The manager of the place doesn't even look at your face when talking to you, she is arrogant and has a very nasty attitude, they are not willing to help, maybe only if you help them, know what I mean? Crooks be careful don' t go here, They tell you a tag cannot be transferred to another car when that's a lie, they only want you to get a new tag so that way u pay $420! Don't go there! They should send an inspector there! I went to another agency and only paid $105! Thieves, they tell you to YOUR face that a license plate cannot be transferred when that is a lie, they are going to charge you $420 for a new license plate! Don't go to this place, go to another agency! Apart from the arrogance and the bad way in which they treat you, and I am not interested in the answer they are going to give me, it is not for nothing that they have such bad reviews, that says it all! They should send them AN inspector! I went to another place and they charged me $105 only! The good reviews they have are surely people that the owner knows and sends them to write, there is no way for someone to comment well on THIS agency!

I called to get information before going to the agency and the girl who helped me very kindly answered all my questions. When I went to the office, they treated me very friendly, the service was fast and simple. Five stars!
