Hialeah Hospital

Pésimo servicio y una falta de respeto que personas sintiéndose mal con dolores y otras con reacciones alérgicas y salen a dar una explicación en mala forma diciendo que ahora mismo nadie sería atendido porque un hospital en Estados Unidos solo tiene 17 camas y no pueden atender a nadie si no hay una cama disponible, no pueden atender a pacientes de emergencia y el que no pudiera esperar que se fuera, que tipo de servicio médico es este que atiende así a sus pacientes o mejor dicho clientes maltratados por bien caro que cobran los hospitales. Tal experiencia en este lugar lo que me da a entender es que no les importa nada a estos hospitales del tercer mundo porque al parecer no pertenecen a los Estados Unidos y cosas cómo estás es lo que decepciona a las personas de la medicina en este país que lastima que estas cosas pasen.

Terrible service and a lack of respect that people feeling bad with pain and others with allergic reactions and go out to give an explanation in bad shape saying that right now no one would be treated because a hospital in the United States only has 17 beds and they can not take care of anyone if there is no bed available, they cannot attend emergency patients and the one who could not wait for him to leave, Such experience in this place what makes me understand is that these third world hospitals don't care at all because apparently they don't belong to the United States and things like you are are what disappoints people in medicine in this country that it hurts that these things happen.

4th floor dirty, room need to be remodel, nurse with a very bad mood he doesn't know how to talk to a family member, I will not recomend this hospital to nobody. Instead of 1 star 0 will be better.

WORST HOSPITAL YOU COULD EVER GO TO! The entire staff is unprofessional. From the nurses, charge nurses, doctors, to the supervisors, case managers. Everyone. My mother unfortunately came to this hospital because she was in severe pain due to gallstones and gallbladder infection and they had her there for 4 days waiting for an endoscopy to then tell her on the 4th day that their equipment is broken.the GI doctor gave her the option to sign a “Leave Against Medical Advice” form because they didn’t know when they were going to help her. While staying there, she asked for help a couple times to use the bathroom since she had an IV on and the nurse rudely asked her if she didn’t know how to remove the IV herself. Please, if you care about yourself or a loved one, do not visit this hospital.

Horrible experience at the ER, security and the person receiving the papers are super rude wont even look at your face. Ceiling leaking and they are sitting all the time without even checking it out. Horrible Horrible experience

This hospital is like walking into the 1980s. The ER check in is a small window and the employee doesn't seem to like her job so she doesn't even look at the patients. Mind you an ER so these are not routine medical appointments but emergency situations that they speak to everyone in Spanish regardless of understanding or not. I had to ask after hearing them complain about almost every patient and their penmanship when they would tend to my family member and they got bothered but seemed to realize and than suddenly they started calling patients in and actually doing some sort of triage. The check in is with the same person who apparently does the vitals so it seems she's not very content with her workload. It had been 20 years since I'd come here and it hasn't changed a bit. It's sad that a hospital in the US that deals with more than just Hispanics expects everyone to speak that language and it could result in life or death. I hope this review helps with something in thr future.

What can we say about this place that hasn't already been heard. It smells like fabuloso and Navarro had a baby. It looks like an old condo and AT&t were combined. I have been waiting on an hour past my appointments expected time. At this point I'm light headed from all the fumes adding additional distress to my waiting. Hialeah you get more than one star because at least your empty.this can't be a good sign

The WORST HOSPITAL in MIAMI. Unprofessional and rude staff. The hospital is not a “clean “place. Hospitals are usually clean, why “sick people come with hope of getting well. I hope AHCA sees reviews (the bad ones “true”) This place needs an overhaul and “bring in People “ who has authority to change this “I don’t care personality “ We can report to AHCA the facility & AHCA will do something about it. All Hospitals needs patients to operate. DISGUSTING and UNFRIENDLY. I wish ZERO star was there. AHCA (Agency for Health Care Administration). Every bad experience call
