Give it two stars because the major was a sweetheart. He was very helpful and tried to help me out. The person that answers the non-emergency line and the detective that gave me a call back were super rude.

Went in today to ask about a police report. The lady with the red hair was the rudest one. Simply asked for some guidance and she had the worst attitude.i dont know why you chose to work with the public if you simply aren't nice. What can I say hialeah is hialeah.

We were in NJ, could not reach our 77 yo uncle with cancer by phone and was not at the address where he lived. After exhausting efforts to find him, I call the Hialeah Police Dept. Officers found him in 2 hrs, safe in a different address location and his phone not working. His alert device wasn’t even updated with his new address. We’re very thankful for your help, patience and resources in finding our uncle.

Biggest bunch of corruption agency.

They even express that they don't want to be called upon.

Trigger happy. I would never rely on law enforcement if it were to save my life. They treated my situation, my family so poorly. I lost respect and trust for these people. Careful with anyone wearing a Hialeah Police badge. These people don’t know what serving the public is about. I only respect the paramedics and the fire department. I also wonder why, out of every city in the district all the way to Broward county has body cams but these individuals don’t. Goes to show, maybe get away with doing whatever they want even if it means putting an individuals life at harms.

These guys are supposed to serve and protect instead they treat minorities soo poorly. I ran into some trouble yesterday so I called the cops and they came didn’t offer any help but told me my licenses got suspended. After 6 hours of waiting. They told me they were gonna arrest me for no reason

They racially profiled me. I’ve never met a more unprofessional set of police ever. I was threatened to be arrested only for justifying myself.

They do all to Don't have to do the Report. They tell you to investigate and bring evidence before they do the report. The police is the one who is supposed to do the investigation NOT the Victim right?
On the phone they put you in hold for 1 hour they speak to you a little then they put you on hold again because they have another call. Seriously?
Horrible horrible Service.
