4They don’t pick up the phone and when they do its a very rude lady who talks fast and hangs up quickly.
They are extremely rude! I have been calling for two days straight and no one answers the phone. Finally today someone answers the phone at 11: 30 in the morning and the greeting was and I quote” we are out to lunch” And then she proceeds to hang up on me. No hello no how can I help you.
They don't answer the phone. When I got lucky and someone picked up my call, that lady spoked to me like if I was in the military, very upset, to tell me that they were at lunch. She hanged up before I was able to even say I'm sorry for bothering you or thank you.
If I was able to give 0 stars I would. I am very displeased with the treatment I received from the workers at the building. They kept telling me, “It’s not my problem. That’s your issue. You have to fix that. ” They did not wish to help me and I left very discouraged. I have been trying to fix an issue for the past 3 weeks and I still have not received help. Very sad.
