This store only hires the rudest people. It's honestly like a contest to see who can be the rudest. Won't be returning. ️

Max And Bri just gave me stellar service at their new and improved Hibbet location. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Initially customer service was good. Went to purchase 2 pairs of shoes, 1 listed at $48 and rang up fur for $20 more than it the tagged price. The guy that was originally ringing me up walked away and left the so called manager on shift to deal with the issue. He insist that I pay the $20 more and that wasn't going to happen. They both admit to the store mistake but not trying to work with me. Didn't make that purchase, taking my money else where. Will not recommend anyone to this location

Walked into store and young lady was behind counter eating food, but did greet us. I explained what i was there to purchase and she looks at some guy who was sitting behind counter in a lounge chair and says wanna handle that? And went back to eating her food. The gentleman walked us over to the wall and points to it and says what your looking for is in there (wall full of shoes) He seemed real bothered to have to help wait on a customer. I had questions about sizes and what not and he tells me whatever is there is all i have. Then proceeded to walk away. Asked where something else was and was just glared at. So we walked out, went to Ross and found exactly the same thing we tried to buy there for 1/4 of the price and great customer service! Wont shop this location again, will stick to Altamonte where their employees want to help and make a sale.

Managers are loud and very unprofessional, dont greet costumers. When to buy something last night, they lost a sale of 120.00 dollars.

The young lady that helped us was wonderful and patient. We tried on many different shoes. Bought 3 pairs and we will be back. Thank you

The woman’s section is three small panels, and the employees are terribly inconvenienced by customers.though that still doesn’t put the breaks on them talking to each other about their awful home lives. I now understand why I was the only person in there.
