My kids and I love Dr. Hiben! I love how when we are there with one of children, he asks about how the others are doing. He always remembers what is going on in their lives and makes us feel like we're visiting a friend!

I could not recommend Dr. Hiben and his staff enough. Dr. Hiben and his staff are all kind, friendly, and professional.

As first time parents, my wife and I have loads of questions every time we bring our son in and Dr. Hiben always makes sure that we are fully understanding and never makes us feel dumb.

Anyone who gives he and his staff negative reviews is off their rocker.

My granddaughter has been with dr hiben since she was 6. He has always provided her with excellent care and I would recommend him to anyone. He is a wonderful caring doctor and always listens to you. My granddaughter is now 20 and has to leave him as she has aged out. She is not happy at leaving him. He is like family. If you need a caring doctor, please contact dr hiben. He is excellent!

Love Dr. Hiben & Jessie. Have trusted my 4 kids to their care for many years now and recommend them to other parents who want common sense pediatric care that is very personal and accessible. Office staff is also on point and friendly. 5-stars all around.

We love Dr Hiben and his staff.

Both providers ask good questions, are thorough in their exams, and take their time to listen to parents and their concerns. The nursing staff are also kind and patient.

It's extremely hard to reach this doctor! He lives in some dinosaur era - no email, only fax works! His rude staff never receives the call. You can't reach this doctor even when it's your child's dire need. We had to change our child's doctor within 2 months.

AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS DOCTOR IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR BABY!

The main problem with Dr. Hiben is you CANNOT contact him during emergency! He DOES NOT have any messaging system, he NEVER calls back - all he has is a bunch of rude receptionist to who you'll need to share your loved one's health information. I don't know if those rude receptionists are legally allowed to and capable of absorbing medical information. Before you select Dr. Hiben as your baby's ped, please give him a call and see if anyone receives it.

My 1-month-old was having streaks of blood in her stool. During the visit the doctor asked us to cut dairy from Mom's diet and wait for a week to see if there's any development. Then after a week, the doctor asked to inform him over phone. I waited a week and then I called him 14 times, left a lot of voice mails and personally visited 2 times in one single day just to hear back from the doctor but I failed! This Godly doctor never replied. It was Friday and one of his receptionists called back and said that she'd call me soon again with a referral to a specialist but she never called that day. After 3 days, on Monday, that receptionist called back to give me referral! Try to imagine how it feels when your 1 month old is suffering and your doctor just avoids! As the doctor said, he does not have any secure messaging system and hence FAX is the only way to communicate with him in this year 2022-2023! I sent him fax as well but he never replied. After that day, I immediately changed the doctor.

I'm Sorry But I Have To Give 1 Star. I've Been Taking My Daughter To Dr. Hiben Since She Was Born, She Is 1 Now And Everything Seemed Fine. I Had My Twins And Decided To Take Them To Him As Well. I Took Them In For Their 4 Month Old Shots And 1 of my twins Started Coughing The Very Next Day. I'm A Stay At Home Mom Who Goes Absolutely No Where w/ My Twins Except The Dr So Why Is 1 Of The Twins Coughing The Very Next Day. Well The Cough Turns Into Sneezing That Turned Into Runny Nose & Watery Eyes. No One In My House Is Sick, The Babies Were Not Sick Or Anything Prior To Going To This Visit. I Called The Office And Asked Could They Send Dr. Hiben A Message About My Sick Child & Maybe's He Can Call Him Something In To The Pharmacy. They Told Me I Had To Bring Him Back In. Great! So Dr. Hiben Can Get Paid AGAIN. So I Bring Him In & He Notices A Ear Infection But Only Gives Me Amoxicillin. I Asked Him What About His Other Symptoms He Told Me There Is Nothing He Can Give, So I'm Like Oook So What Do I Do? He Told Me To Use Saline Drops. Well That Didnt Work And My Other Twin Got Sick As Well And So Did My 1 Year Old And Myself. It Made Me Very Upset Because We Ended Up In The Urgent Care. My Twin Ended Up W/ RSV. & My 1 Year Old Had A Upper Respiratory Virus. I Called The Office Countless Times Asking For Medicine. They Said They Could Not Give Me Medicine For The Babies I Said Ok. I Asked If Possible My 1 Year Old Could Maybe Be Prescribed Albuterol Because She Became Sick And Ended Up With A Upper Respiratory Virus, She Was Coughing So Bad And Could Hardly Breathe. Jaime (Operator) Told Me That No They Could Not Give My Daughter A Nebulizer Or Anything, She Told Me Just Let My Daughter Cough. I Was Floored At Her Response. I Expressed To Her How Upset I Was That They Were Not Helping Me And How I Didn't Want To End Up In The Hospital. All She Told Me Was "You're Going To Have To Bring Your 1 8t the Year Old In". I Tried Explain To Her That Everyone Was Pretty Much Caughting What The Other One Had Why Do I Have To Bring Each Child In And When You Get There All He Tells You Is There Is Nothing Or No Medicine He Can Give You. After Calling & Calling Trying To Get Help I Received A Letter Asking To Find Another Pediatrician. Instead Of Helping Me Help My Kids Who Picked Up A Virus From The Office They Asked Me To Go Somewhere Else. Unbelievable But I Have A Dr In Mind. I Just Thought It Could Have Been MORE He Could Have Done To Help My Kids. Even iF A Child Is Sick w/ A Cold It's Things You Can Prescribe We Have 2 Insurances So There Shouldn't Have Been An Issue.
