I do not recommend CRF properties to anyone I've been here 10 years all they worry about is getting your lot rent the main office is never called you back or pool been a disaster or hot tub hasn't worked in months all they want to do is complain about you taking care of their trees you rent the property the tree belongs on the property should not be your responsibility to trim or remove trees so before you move into a CRF property make sure you ask
