Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf reviews
18We went here today, no complaints on the course however the employees and customer service here was horrible. The girl at the desk was on her phone while we were at the counter, she never acknowledged us or spoke a word unless we asked her something, when we did she’d huff and give us a short answer rolling her eyes. Probably won’t go back or recommend to anyone.
Me and my family went here expecting not to win nothing. And later on I made the hole in one at the 18th and the workers ran in the hunt when I made it and came out later and said I can’t have it because they weren’t able to see it
I see a lot of bad reviews on this place and don't know why, I only did golf when I was very young and do not remember that.but I do however remember the go-karts, when I lived closer to the place I would watch others have fun with the go-karts (I was always at the go-kart parking space or the wooden structure for watching go-karts) one day, the employees asked if I wanted to ride, I said no I couldn't afford it. The incredible people there gave me 6 laps free.they were a big factor to my childhood.know this place is run by people who are in the sun, so yes; they may be tired, groggy, etc.but I put my faith that they are good people at heart earning their wage and going home just as human as when they arrived. I hope to work here soon (not sure) and if I do, I will keep everyone going, letting them relive the joy I can say was worth the thousands of visits. Thank you hidden lagoon. 5-stars ;)
No issues with the course or anything like that. BUT we went up to the mini golf counter and the girl behind the desk was slouched over staring at and scrolling her phone. She literally never even looked up. She rang us up and turned the credit card machine around while still being slumped over staring at her phone. She never spoke a single word to us or looked at us. Finally my husband said Umm sooo what do we do from here? Then she tells us that the easier one is this way and the harder one is that way. Extremely unprofessional.
EXTREMELY OVERPRICED! By far the worst experience of all the courses in town. Went the day before and they were closed by 7pm. Went back next day and the good course was "closed" when we started. Got 4 holes in and it opened. Asked if we could switch, and they said we'd have to pay full price again. Small storm csme through and they made us stop playing (understanable), girl at the front finally let us finish and another worker came out to kick us off again. We told himshe said we could play and he literally called us liars and told us to leave. We were gonna try the go-karts, but didnt wanna be around them any longer. Definitely will never go back.
Love playing both courses but they had the one closed and also up’d their prices a bit, I don’t think it’s worth that much per person
The 2 ladies that work the mini golf part need a lesson on customer service. It was non-existent. They did not greet us. We told them how many people were in our party (4). One of the ladies said, "$80. " We had to ask her 2 more times because we could not hear her, and she pointed at a sign behind her. Only one side of the courses was open. You would think that for $80, the price would be for both sides. It just seems like a rip off, and we should have asked for a refund and went somewhere else, but it was too late.
Prices to high compared to others, course was not kept up, ants everywhere biting your feet.not worth the money
Great place and not to many ppl during the day and the whole family can have fun during the day before the night life comes out
Was definitely an adventure that I will not be attending again. I went to the go-cart track, they marked the price of the 3 lap race to $28 and with a piece of cardboard, and the 6 lap stayed the same at $30. I purchased two 6 laps for me and my girlfriend. They let me and a few others only do 3 and told us we did 6. My girlfriend kept complaining that the staff gathered to watch her pass so they could see up her dress. Really messed up place and terrible workers at night.
Worst customer service ever. August 4. We showed up at 7: 30 and the two young ladies did not acknowledge us did not look up finally told us what it cost took our money didn’t say thank you. Anything horrible service!
This golf course was horrible. Do NOT go here. For 4 adults with $1.00 off coupon it was still $80. Try Pirate’s Cove instead-much more fun and scenic. Four adults play at Pirate’s Cove with coupon for $50. Hidden Lagoon had basic holes that were boring and cheap.
Awful, told us short wait got around to where you play and there was 40 people in front of us and would not give us our money back. Do not go to this establishment.
Waterfall course was the only course open. Go karts were a lot of fun minus the employees not enforcing the no bumping rules.
Had a great time. The carts are surprisingly equal in performance. The course is almost a mile and with military ID you get 7 laps for $30.
I would not entertain this establishment. The staff/customer service is rude/all together lacking. The tall, white gentleman (well, I wouldn’t consider him a gentleman due to his arrogant demeanor) was incredibly rude to my 11 year old. Based on precious reviews, it sounds like my family has not been the only one affected by his poor customer service. The establishment claims to create an “amazing” experience, I will say the experience created will be one that I will be sure to share with others coming to the area. So, the establishment lost $30/6laps x7.well done.
The put put golf was really fun and there is a $50 prize on the last hole if you get a hole-in-one. There are two different courses, my party did the more challenging one.
When pertaining to the go-kart racing, I found it really fun as well. The track was on the longer side and it had multiple twists and turns. It is also rumored that you can tip the go-kart man for the fastest go-kart. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that wants to have some good old family fun.
Convenient location.husband & girls had a great time & have gone 2 years in a roll when we have been down on vacation.
