Yes, that was my only comment because I couldn't stop myself from spending my money in this filthy place that should be closed.
Now take a customer and try to say that my review is fake? Friend, disinfect and clean your restaurant and don't serve leftovers to anyone. Rest goes in the trash! Unless you usually serve leftovers from the trash to your family.
Now being forced to pay in cash to get a discount? It shows that you are also a criminal who likes to evade taxes,

Hidden sushi the worst restaurant I've ever been to.
Don't take any chances.
I witnessed the sushi chef taking leftover sushi from other tables and serving it to our table. We don't pay to eat other people's leftovers. This is very serious.
There is a cockroach infestation and the bathroom is rotten.
As if that wasn't enough, the bill was wrong and a lady “Janaína” told me that if I paid in cash she would give me a 10% discount. Clearly he was going to steal the money.

Disgust, revolt, contempt, and rot for this place is not enough.

I don't recommend it.

This place is definitely worth visiting! Not only is the staff friendly and the the atmosphere pleasant, but the food is a very innovative spin on Sushi. The menu contains pineapple, guava, truffles, brie, and nachos; not everything is a home run, but it's refreshing to have options and creativity like this!

Felipe was our server and he was wonderful. Very welcoming and personable. The food was incredible. It was authentic Brazilian style all you can eat sushi. I highly recommend!

Blindly walked in expecting a standard Japanese sushi joint. I was instead greeted by the most fabulous fusion of Brazilian and Japanese cuisine.

First and foremost, the food was fantastic. I tried 80% of the rolls on the menu with their 'all you can eat' menu and was delighted by each and every one of them. The non-traditional rolls (such as the caramelized onion roll) were so vastly different than any other rolls I have ever tried. Both the salmon and tuna were fresh from today's catch and were some of the best I've eaten. Presentations of each dish were gorgeous. All the food was delicious and was well worth the 'all you can eat' price.

Service was stellar the entire night. Our waiter was extremely polite, attentive, and enthusiastic about the choices Hidden Sushi has to offer. We were provided with plenty of excellent recommendations on what to order. Our waiter provided a personal experience showing images of what food from the kitchen looked like and providing insight on Brazilian culture. All of the food came out very quickly after placing orders and, better yet, the meal was paced perfectly, allowing for adequate time to eat, digest, and socialize. Nothing but love for our server.

Overall, an incredible find with excellent food and a charming staff.

The attendant Ana was super nice and friendly, gave incredible suggestions on the menu and helped us with everything we needed!

I was with my family at Hidden.
Terrible service and service.
Dirt on the table and on the dishes we were going to eat.
During the meal two cockroaches were climbing the wall. I wonder how the kitchen is.
Anyway, everyone in the family ended up at Orlando Health with a lot of diarrhea and vomiting.
The worst thing is that my mother, a 70-year-old woman, said that the hot roll smelled like ammonia, and we didn't appreciate it and that was it.
They serve rotten fish.
I don't recommend it even to an enemy.
And when we questioned this to an older woman who was there, she was rude and unprofessional.
Pig's feet restaurant, rotten food, rude employees and the owner didn't speak out.

Hidden is The Best sushi restaurant in Orlando.

Very fresh and delicious appetizers and sushi / sashimi options (their fish carpaccio with ponzu sauce is amazing!)

The atmosphere is great and beautiful and here goes a shout out to Felipe who was so friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to explain the dishes to our internacional group of friends - everything he suggested turned out to be fantastic!

Felipe was our server.
He was very friendly and always had smile.
The food was very fresh, and brought out quickly.

Chef’s special was delicious, and all the sushi rolls that we ordered were exquisite.

The only thing I would say is overly hyped is the desert, banana Nutella sushi. It just wasn’t our favorite.

Other than that, my picky husband and I approve.

This was such an awesome experience! I love trying new things so I really enjoy the smaller portions and the all you can eat meal cause it allowed me to try SO MANY AMAZING THINGS! Shout out to Felipe, awesome service! He was very informative and seemed genuinely excited to be a part of our experience. Thank you! I'll be back, for sure!
