7My husband and I just purchased a home here in Hidden Valley. This community definitely has the best location for the price! You are right in the middle of all of the theme parks, shopping, and restaurants you could ever want. Barbie Carbonell was excellent at coordinating with our schedules and made the process of buying from out of state simple and fast. Closing on the property was a breeze! Mora Ramos, in the office, was very nice in showing the properties and answering questions. Everyone has been so nice and friendly. We have felt welcome from day one. We are very excited to be a part of this community and look forward to experiencing all the area has to offer.
New resident and am enjoying the small town friendliness and making new friends. My experience so far has been wonderful. A huge thank you to Barbie Carbonell who soothed my entire process to become a resident here. Also to Moraima Ramos in the office who made & makes thing easy for me (and others I have witnessed.)

My Aunt had to move to NC to live with me. She enjoyed living at Hidden Valley from 2018-2023. The location is perfect, close to Disney, shops and dining.

Excellent place to enjoy your retirement! The good thing is that they accept people aged 55 and older to enjoy the tranquility! And you have a supermarket, bank nearby!
So I went to hidden Valley met with the management staff so nice and pleasant. What a beautiful place if you’re looking to move to Florida and you don’t wanna spend a lot of money and you want to get a nice place for under 200,000 this is the place to be.
