Not worth it. They always changing rules. I am over this place. I will only visit for my mom. My mom lost her husband, my sister lost her husband. I wanted to be closer to them since they are alone, I was ok last year, but this year no because now I have kids under 25. Well really! I had them last year too. There are little ones living in there now but nope. It is pick and choose.

Great place. Very well kept. Love living here.
If there's a problem the only thing I can think is Mark the manager is not people friendly.

Getting accepted to live hit or miss. The rules are applied differently depending on the weather. The management lacks consistency in their rules.

People are very friendly, I hope I can get a place in about 3 weeks, the manager was very helpful

Buyer beware. Almost made a "huge" mistake moving here. Get a "professional" inspection before you buy. I talked to a few people in the community and all is not what it seems. According to law they MUST disclose any bug infestation in the home before selling it!

Nice and quiet too. My friends’ neighbor that lives beside of him is somewhat of a grouch though. That’s never cool.
