Hide-Away Storage, Zephyrhills FL

We have nothing but great things to say about Hideaway Storage Zephyrhills. We stored our things for nearly 3 years and when we came to get our belongings everything was the exact same as we left it. No issues with any pests or bugs either. It smelled clean in the building as well. The staff are also extremely helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a storage facilty.

Tammy was amazing! 9/24/22 got me a storage, showed it to me, straight forward in price, she even let me borrow the broom in the office to sweep the u-haul.if anyone needs a motorcycle stored they accept them here! Definitely recommend them.

Great place to rent from. Great people, very helpful. They go above and beyond. It was a pleasure renting from you all, we will be back when we need more space again.

This is my second time using Hide-Away Storages facility and they are amazing. The units are always well kept as well as the property. But what makes this place my go to is the staff. They are always very helpful and willing to answer any questions I have. They make the process of moving things around, which can be stressful, easy.

Very nice and clean storage facility. You need a code to get in the gate and one to get into temperature control building. They also have outdoor storage and from what I saw different sizes.

Have had camper here along time didn't intend to have to move it out to protect it but was needed. Had two motorhomea beside us with no issues last camper trip there old boat next to us that was over the line which made us over on other side, lot 17. Our camper was scuffed by that boat. I letTammy know who was concerned and said they would contact owner. I said we will try to run out they scrape.
After weeks we went back boat same over the line. I went in talked to Tammy and Lou said that boats been here since August parked and owner never came back. I have pic with embossed date that boat was not there that's along. They didn't not reach out to owner to have them move it over. Lou was just yo quick to answer with untruth words. Obviously they have the owner info call them, email them, something as your camper was not safe there anymore.
It was easier to just being camper home than to have a discussion with this manager.
Our camper will sit in your yard or on our street till we find a safe place. Carla Nichols

When you keep in mind that all the self storage providers are reaping the rewards of the hyper valued real estate market, this is a great facility with many affordable sizes for your space requirements.

Truck cabin was absolutely filthy. Truck kept pulling to the side. I did not feel safe in the vehicle. The back truck door was very hard to get open. Just all around dissatisfied. I know i did not use the 20 miles i had thought to use. I used maybe 5. But it does not look like it was deducted from my cost. I have not gotten any confirmation from them with a receipt of cost explained. It is ashame since in the past I have used them for truck and storage. But never again.

We have stored our RV here for the past 10 years. We've never had an issue with either the facility or the management. The grounds are very secure and spotless. The management is wonderful and very willing to do whatever it takes to makes your storage experience pleasant. I highly recommend this facility.

Lou the Manager was absolutely wonderful. Very professional. The storage units were shown to us so we could decide what size we needed. We also rented a truck which he helped us pick which size would be good for us.

The entire place was very clean. We are very impressed and would recommend Hide-Away Storage for your U-Haul and storage needs

From the minute we walked into the office at Hide-Away Storage we knew we were in good hands. From the Manager to everyone else we dealt with here we were treated as valued customers. They answered every question and helped us through every process.even set us up for auto pay. We will highly recommend Hide-A way in future as we have already sent customers there way. Rate for storage is average. Made us get insurance at $11.00 a month. I've never had to purchase insurance for any of the multiple storage units that I have rented before. The $79.00 unit turned out to be $95.16.
But hopefully we won't have to have it very long. Only time will tell.
