High end did a fantastic job. They take the time to do the instillation correctly, while also keeping the area clean and protected. The key for me was they use their own people and don't sub out the work. Merick was the lead installer and these guys know what they're doing, and most important, they care that the job is done perfectly. Kudos to the whole team and thank you again for such a great job!

We have a very old wooden house (Dade County Pine). Martin and Sydney treated our home as if it was their own. Craftsmanship was amazing. Very minimal mess. All furnishings covered and extreme care was taken. Windows are excellent. Absolutely thrilled with the whole experience. Would absolutely recommend High End to anyone.

From the beginning of the process to the end was smooth, efficient and professional, with Roger in sales, communicating with office staff Rod and Rich, and having the windows installed by Mark, Fabio, and Matt. I have nothing but great things to say about High End. First let me start by saying they were not low bid but they were only a few hundreds dollar higher than the low bid. I decided to go with High End because of the people. They were very responsive, educational and down to earth. Once the windows came in they worked around my crazy schedule to do the install. They showed up on time, put up multiple barriers to keep the AC in and the dust/bugs out. When done there was very little dust inside my house. The windows look amazing and the work was very clean. The City inspector said they work was some of the best he has seen so i feel the extra few bucks was well worth it. If you are shopping around this company does things others don't or charge for that may seem trivial but they aren't. For example this company will remove old shutter brackets and patch the holes for free.others charge $100 per window. High End will also remove and reinstall window treatments free.others make you do it. Those value adds really help as you are already having to moving furniture and stuff so they can work, to not have to mess with those things was really nice. This is the company i will recommend to everyone moving forward.

WOW, WOW and WOW! High End Impact Windows and Doors is by far the best company we’ve dealt with in a very long time. From the minute we walked into their office to the final inspection, the company was PERFECT. They are a great group of guys that are very laid back but yet, very professional. Dror (spelling?), Roger, Rod, and Josh to the installers, Martin and his coworker were amazing. I will recommend this company to everyone and know they will have a great experience just like we did.

Really good experience from start to finish all employees were clear communicators from Roger, in sales, Rod and Rich, project and office managers to Mark and Milt who did the installation. Easy to recommend.

High End Impact Windows and Doors did an excellent job from start to finish. The high quality of materials and the attention to detail and service were exceptional. Rod Wilhelm was a superior project manager, and coordinated every detail with our building and his team. I could not have been more satisfied on every level! I give my highest recommendation.

So very pleased with the replacement and installation of all our windows and doors with hurricane impact windows. Their name fits a perfect description of the services and people who work there - at the top of “high end! ” From meeting with Drawer for the most comprehensive briefing and explanation of types, options, pros/cons, on a weekend to meet our schedule; to then accommodating several rescheduling changes to meet our needs as we are part-timers. Office staff stayed in touch and returned calls and e-mails promptly. Installation was exactly as promised and the installers were so careful and clean, and very professional (and nice) to have on the job. We were concerned about how much repair work we’d have to do afterwards but that was minimal painting. Enjoyed having them around. They know their stuff! Had one minor documentation certification to clear city inspection and they stayed on it until it was cleared. They arranged a top notch sub contractor to also replace our garage door - and that was exceptional as well. Had one minor call back and he fixed it promptly.
I seriously am considering asking them to come to Maryland to do our windows there. They are that good! And we feel like this was the best value we could have asked for. Not cheap - but the best value for our hard earned money. Thanks High End!

OMG where do I start! Let me start by saying THANK YOU to this AWESOME group, Rob, Josh, Roger, Rich, the installers, everyone at this company! The day Roger stepped into our home and made his presentation I was blown away, he answered all my questions before I even asked, by the end of his presentation, I had more knowledge about impact windows and the installation process than I had before, I had questions for the other estimators I had schedule after him (lol). Our visit to their showroom was also memorable starting with Josh, the professionalism from this company is priceless, and is very hard to find these days. The crew was at the house everyday as scheduled and ON TIME, the neatness of their work surpassed my expectations, I was very nervous about DUST (lol). I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND this company 100% the quality work, the communication, the professionalism is worth every penny! THANK YOU so much again gentlemen.

I had an 8 ft sliding door and French doors replaced in my house by High End Impact Windows and Doors. Their guys showed up on time, did a fantastic job, worked clean, and did it all for a fair price. I would highly recommend them to do any work in your house.

I rarely write reviews, and when i do it's mostly because i am unhappy with a product or company. However, from the very start, this company was a pleasure to deal with. Their salesperson Dror provided me a quote and explained that their company would probably be more expensive and take longer to complete the job than the other 2 other companies i had in for quotes. They actually came in the middle price wise. The reason they take longer was because they go to greater lengths to make sure the job is done properly. This company does all their own work and does not use subcontractors. Mark and his crew kept my place clean while working and cleaned up whatever unavoidable mess was made after each day.
I found them to be very honest and reliable, and the job came out great.
