This place advertises "we offer every custom accessory imaginable" on their website, but said they can't help when I call and ask if they can help with install for cat-back exhaust and cold air intake.
This place is great! Had them replace my entire front suspension, lift my truck, and install new tires. Their prices were very transparent, more than fair with their labor rates and didn’t upcharge on the parts over retail! They’re a family/ veteran owned business, which was really nice! Jason, his wife, and kids were all super friendly and very easy to deal with. I have definitely found my new tire/ wheel/ suspension shop, and they have a great diesel shop next door on the same property too, which is very convenient!

Jason and his team are awesome. I needed a Toyota 33x12.50 tire replaced because I had a nail in the outside tread. Jason beat Tire Kingdom's price by $100. They had me out of there in 45 minutes. If you need a lift kit or wheels and tires, go see Jason.
An amazing experience. We had a Black Rhino rim we purchased several years ago from a dealer in TN. Our Rhino rim was cracked and leaking air. Jason immediately contacted his rep and they sent us the one and only rim left in the series. They had it back in three days, mounted our tire and we are all fixed up. We will definitely be doing business with these guys in the future and highly recommend them.

It's all good! Took my 07 trailblazer for 2 upper ctrl arms and 1 lower, now the clunking sound is gone, steerings back to normal. Awesome job guys, thanx.
Worst experience here EVER!
Anything has to be the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. You barely hear him on the phone and he’s a liar.
I was quoted 245 for four rock lights that I was supplying to be installed on my jeep, I told him all the details. Before I dropped it off at 9, I told him all the details, needed it hooked up to the aux port (I know how to do it but just didn’t have the time), so then he gets Tom to whom I told all the details again and he understood.
I call three hours later for an update and he goes oh yeah I tried calling and left a voicemail. I can literally show a screenshot, I have nothing from him! He’s a straight up liar. They go and tell me so much more invoiced than he thought and they’ll need about 600 to install. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? The shop I usually go to quoted me around 400.
I go to pick up my jeep and I see all the the rock light wires and components I had brand new all tied nice, all thrown in the box and all the ties missing. I honestly couldn’t even believe the type of service I got now versus almost a year ago.
December 1st when I first reached out to this facility to BOOK an appointment. Since Im coming from out of town, I wanted everything in place as I'm hauling a ton of parts. I was advised to contact them the day prior. Since "December 22 is still far out and that it shouldnt be a problem". I message them on Dec 21st if they have an appointment for me on Dec 22, I get "I gotta check in am on schedule". I asked them about friday "I'll check and see". I call them on Dec 22, they tell me that "I've missed my appointment" and that they cant do it on the 23rd either as they are "fully booked". Well how did that happen if "it was still far out"
Perhaps they never took me seriously as I was messaging from out of town? What a way to treat potential business. Nonetheless, im utterly dissapointed in this business. They cant even handle a simple task of booking clients.
Good experience. They were able to get the level installed on my truck pretty fast. Looks great and the ride quality is still factory.
