I brought a cartouche that was very sentimental to me for them to fix. The bail had broken off and so they attached a new one. Upon pickup I got emotional because they’d done such a wonderful job in house and cleaned it up, as well. It had dirt and glue on it when I brought it in. The bail looks like it’s always been on that cartouche, it was done so well. Their customer service was great, too. Some business don’t treat you as well as other clients if you’re not spending a ton of money. But, they treated me as if I was buying the whole store even though I was just paying to get my cartouche fixed. That element is really important when working with people and shows you respect everyone and take pride in your job. They answered all of my questions with dignity and didn’t make me feel silly for not knowing certain things about jewelry.

I had my solitaire put into a new setting and a ring from my mom reset and sized. I picked both up today and they are just perfect! I am completely satisfied and highly recommend Highlands Jewelers!

Sad to say, out of my broke budget of $300, but still the staff never judged us when we told them what we were looking for. Instead they showed us some gold wedding bands and then gave us recommendations and information of site to look at online. Even told us how to get the best bang on a limited budget. We really apricated this.

I brought in a bracelet that broke. They repaired it but I noticed that it seemed to be missing a link. They showed me a picture and counted the links. That made me feel better. Them doing that professionalism in taking pictures and notes when receiving gives me peace of mind and prevented me from losing them as a jeweler.
