6So disrespectful and they will show it want us to show them respect but they can't show us respect. They're always miserable coming on these buses thinking that they're better than everybody. I'm about to have a lawsuit against heart and have them shut down and redone because these people on these buses and the supervisors they have so much of an attitude. They think they have to call the cops every time a problem is happening. I believe heart needs to be sued and I believe a half of them need to be fired from that job and the person who runs it needs to be filed on charges. Thank you
First bus system I’ve ever been on that doesn’t give you change on a bus card. Staff is always talking on the phone to someone or high. I don’t know how many times I’ve gotten on a bus to be told to get off cause they were going on break. When the bus was supposed to come at that time. The buses are poorly lined up for transfers and come only once an hour. Lots of smelly people ride the buses and they need better workers and higher pay just for that alone. They can do better. They really don’t care or understand how much people have to rely on them.
They only get the one-star because there is no option to leave 0 Stars I've been all over this country and this is the absolute worst system I have ever they do not give two craps about the riders or their belongings
Very pleasant walk through downtown Tampa. Highly recommended for tourists, it has air conditioning and a very pleasant route, with a high frequency
Yeah, be careful with these people they will straight up take your money and act like they don't know what's going on while they, and amscot, run you in circles. Both companies are trash.
Driver saw people running to the bus stop, he was 4 minutes early and didn't stop. Route 1,5: 33 am. He missed at least 12 dollars in fares.
