My husband selected this florist to order Valentines Day flowers for myself. Unfortunately, he didn't feel the end product justified the price. We both felt the flowers didn't look arranged, they honestly felt like left over flower placed in a vase. The color, height & placement of the flowers were sporadic & dissonant. Also for $150 plus we assumed there would be more roses. My husband did select florist pick, he said he would never do that again. Delivery was on time. Extremely disappointed.

I have used hilly fields, Florist I don’t know how many times at least 10 and every single time the flower arrangements are perfect. Frankly, when it comes to sending flowers in Tallahassee, I don’t even look for another florist I go directly to hilly fields.

Hilly Fields Florist & Gifts did a great job on same-day delivery for a birthday arrangement. I will definitely use them again for any floral needs in Tallahassee.

I left a voicemail before they opened unsure of what to expect. I had a call back in the first 30 minutes they were open and my grandmother received her gorgeous birthday blooms a few hours later. From a customer service perspective, I can't overstate their excellence in communicating. The gentleman who handled the order was professional and efficient. I received an email confirmation/receipt as soon as the transaction was complete; they sent a photo of the arrangement after it was done; they sent an email confirmation of delivery. As someone from out of state, I really appreciated being kept in the loop! Excellent work, Hilly Fields!

An out-of-town friend sent me a bouquet from here as a birthday gift, and it's absolutely beautiful and so unique.

Hilly Fields did the floral arrangements for my wedding October 2022. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our day and even had extra florals to decorate the drink station etc. My bouquet was absolutely perfect and my centerpieces even had little pumpkins in them! I didn't specifically tell them to do this, but I had a bunch of other pumpkin decor and it went so perfectly! It's like they read my mind. This little family owned shop is incredible. Seriously, hire them.

I ordered flowers for a very special person from Hilly Fields Florist. The staff was friendly and efficient. They helped guide me through the process to get the perfect gift. The artistry and attention to detail was wonderful. The flowers came out great and right on time. The staff was very helpful and the price was right. I would highly recommend this florist to anyone.

I have used Hilly Fields numerous times, they have beautiful flowers and arrangements. They have never disappointed!

Very best florist in town! David helped with a last minute delivery with the best custom service and care. I have moved since using them for my wedding over a decade ago and the service has remained the same, amazing! Can’t thank them enough. Hilly is a gem in this town!

Mrs. Linda was so super nice and at the very last minute, I of course forgot that my son and his girlfriend needed a boutonniere and corsage for their prom, she made them for us and they were absolutely beautiful!

So I have purchased flowers from Hilly Fields in the past…and I must say they continue to amaze me. I ordered a Dish Garden and they went far beyond my expectations. If you are in need of a beautiful flower / green arrangement and in the Appalachee pwky area. I would highly recommend Hilly Fields.

Called and asked if the did same day service in a corsage for my little ones 1st Daddy/Daughter dance. Was greeted by a sweet person who immediately said yes. I explained I couldn’t be there by the time they closed and he offered to leave it at the ice cream shop next door. Too notch costumer service. Super cute product. Very thankful for Hilly Fields. They are now my go to florist. ️

Thank you Hilly Fields Florist & Gifts for making my grandmother feel special on her 98th birthday! Both my self and my mother live in South Carolina but we still wanted to be able to send beautiful flowers to celebrate my grandmother's special day. The arrangements were beautiful, delivered on time and very reasonable in price. I will definitely be sending more flowers from this florist!

Hilly Fields was amazing to work with for my wedding. We worked with Charlie L. Few things to highlight - we were a bit last minute with our order and they were always very assured that everything would be great - and it was. We didn’t realize the price of garland and it unfortunately just wouldn’t work in our budget but Charlie and the rest of the team still made it work for the drama that we were going for while also fitting in our budget. We planned our wedding from a distance and they were always willing to chat on the phone about anything. They really all work together to make it happen which is amazing to see! 10/10 recommend.

Hilly Fields Florist created the centerpieces for our son’s wedding rehearsal dinner (second picture). I know very little about flower arrangements. However, I knew I wanted something simple but classy and pretty. I wanted the centerpieces to reflect, not only simplicity, but also nature, since the dinner was during winter when there is so little green outside.
I walked in their shop, and after just a few minutes, Charles Linch comes out to greet me with huge smile. I told him I don’t like stiff flower arrangements, and that I wanted the focus to be on the greenery. He disappeared and a few minutes later, came back with a hand full of greenery. He mentioned a list of them, like eucalyptus and asparagus fern (I just looked this one up because a honestly don’t know a thing about it) as he arranged them in his fist (first picture). All I could think and say was, “this is beautiful”. At this point, my head is spinning. I had no idea how much all of that was going to add up to. Everything was so beautiful, it had to be costly. Then, there was the question of what vase. What flower or two to add to the arrangement. I must have been in that shop for at least an hour. Not once did I feel rushed. Charles disappeared again and comes back with several small vases. Then, like magic, the whole thing came together right in front of my eyes, and I was so happy with what I saw. The prices were so reasonable, especially the delivery fee considering this was during the New Years holidays. But he got hold of me and never let go. We even connected on social media, which made it even easier to communicate via private messaging. NOTE: if you plan an event during the holiday season, remember that people take time off during that time, so it is hard to reach them if you want to make last minute changes.
Then, the big day arrived. Who was at the venue early? Yep, Charles. Then, he stayed to help me tie the napkins and add a Rosemary twig on each of the 58 napkins we had to get ready (picture in the center). I could not say enough good things about this florist. Oh, and David was extremely helpful and so patient with me when it came to dealing with the bill. What a great team they make. I loved working with them! Thank you Hilly Fields! ️

Oh my God from the time that I walked in until I left with my purchase I received such a warm welcome. The ladies here are so sweet and so kind. The eldest lady, I didn't catch her name, but she was such a big big warm sunny day had a big smile. It was so kind really needed that I was having a bad day. The flowers were amazing and great for the price. Must come back.
