5This is to clarify that this review stems from customer service representatives dealing with this issue, not John Purnell the rep that took my order, nor the Jacksonville branch, not sure who I talked to, it was several people from the 22nd of June to now 1st of July. The 22nd of June I placed an order for a 2 in 1 combo bit that only Hilti produces, unfortunately. I was charged $15.00 for next day shipping. Which I found out I was charged too much for. Its going on July 1st tomorrow and I still don't have this bit. Been back and forth numerous times with Hilti and UPS their preferred carrier which should be changed. They are never open and cannot speak to anyone for assistance. Hilti has been VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and down right disrespectful and not caring about this matter. I will never do business with Hilti and I will not recommend their services. Been lied to and called a liar from Hilti. Worst place ever. Please forward this review to proper level of who handled this, either customer service or Hilti Corporate. Thanks
