Hilton Bentley Miami/South Beach, Miami Beach FL

I stayed here for two nights with my 5 yo daughter. We had a great stay.
I love this location. Close to the hotspots of south beach, but just off the beaten path of crazy… and still right on the beach.
The room was wonderful (1 bedroom king suite) except the windows didn’t open.
Special shout out to Andre at the front desk who was a perfect blend of kindness and professionalism. He offered us a new room for our second night, but packing up and moving seemed like a lot, so we stayed in our very comfortable room.
The hotel was clean and well appointed.
The happy hour offered some of the best value I’ve found in a high end Hilton in a major city.
I had a misunderstanding with my Hilton Diamond food credit and Debra accommodated me thoughtfully.
Good pool area.
This is an expensive hotel, a little higher end than others I’ve stayed in on the beach, but it was worth the extra for me. Highly recommended.

Roaches and open shower drains.

This should be named Hilton Ford beucase the quality and cleaning less is not up to a Bentley standard. Spoke to the manager and they don't care at all about clients and running a quality hotel. I am a Hilton honors member an been staying with Hilton for 10 years. This place is a dump.

Absolutely amazing experience! Frankie, our concierge, had a birthday celebration all set up in the room. The room was wonderful and clean! The location was right on the beach. The walking distance to great hot spots was short, within 10 minutes.

Hotel is backed up to the green space- lots of beautiful sand and the beach on the other side. Lovely hotel with friendly and impeccable service! Thanks so much! A+ Near great restaurants, Muscle Beach and Lincoln AVE shopping!

It was my wife's birthday and they got us great room city view and huge balcony. Upon arrival Micheal H. Greeted us in FD and he was super nuce and made us feel home! Room was great. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. We let them know that it is my wife's birthday and they did beautiful amenities arranged by Joel from Concierge. Amazing location on South Beach. We had a reservation at Carbone and it is only 3 minutes walk from the hotel.
We ordered lunch at the beach and it was very fresh!

Excellent accommodations.room service was excellent speedy and tasty, and
prices were reasonable compared to other hotel restaurants. Bedroom and bathroom were updated and spacious.

Everything was great at this hotel.amazing staff who are friendly and make guests feel welcome. It is a clean hotel, and they have a beautiful atmosphere inside and outside.and their rooms are spacious and very beautiful. We are @truetanmiami, a spray tanning studio in coral gables. We visited a client who requested our spray tanning service and couldn't be happier with this hotel. Highly recommended.

We hosted a meeting for our work in the Palm Room at Hilton/Bentley and it was an incredible success! We worked mainly with Lea and Luiza to organize the meeting room, food, and hotel rooms for our party of 16 and everything went so smoothly, and the food was incredible! No stale coffee or pastries in sight. We also received so many compliments for the lunch items provided by the hotel. Lea and Luiza were available during the entire meeting and ensured things went as smoothly as possible. Also, Frank's service was exceptional! He helped us rotate food and kept the room presentable at all times. Additionally, Michael and Jonathon really helped us out when there was a slight confusion for hotel rooms for some of our team. Overall, I can't recommend the Hilton/Bentley team enough! Thank you so much!

Loved the beachfront just a small walk to get to the chairs and umbrella. The room was very nice comfy towels front desk very accommodating to any request and the restaurant was amazing

The tall black in the front desk on Sunday the 20th of August was not all kind to black guest people, especially when you are from Africa.

Luisa at the front desk was really friendly and nice. So was Laz the parking attendant. The concierge also sent free champagne and cake for birthday. Overall the hotel is small and quaint (kind of boutique vibes). But the people are really friendly and the beach is very chill. I had a great experience and would stay again.

5 stars. My stay here has been amazing, and a vacation to remember. Their hotel is very clean, and staff is always present cleaning on site. From the valet, to the concierge, to the front desk, housekeeping, etc, everything has been nothing short of exceptional. I want to give Debbie a special shout out for the amazing hospitality that was shown during check in. Thanks to Frankie as well. This establishment truly appreciates your business and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Can’t wait to come back!

The hotel itself is of course in a good location, but the value for money is simply not convincing. No working WiFi, little to no room service. It worked once out of 6 nights, the other times only because we insisted, because there were no towels etc.

Parking is $40, but the service was very nice and quick to park the car

Beach chairs are totally outdated, as hotel guests you are ALWAYS placed in the back. Despite the great heat, only one sunshade, even on request only for 30 dollars. In addition, from 4: 00 p.m. The beach chairs were folded together and from 5: 00 p.m. We felt unwanted. The only service, water on the beach for free, service via the Greek restaurant in the hotel via app. Of course, everything is expensive - typical South Beach. Toilet clogged twice, lady at reception quiet and not really friendly. Welcome looks different. We used breakfast on the first day as room service on our balcony.unfortunately it wasn't particularly tasty and expensive.

The pool and the pool area was very small, a lot was broken and just noisy. Luckily the stand is in front of the front door.

Only the location is great. With fees and parking we paid just under 3000 euros for 6 nights. Totally exaggerated and unjustified. The next time we visit Miami we would probably book another hotel

Excellent hotel located steps from South Beach. Upon check-in, Michael took excellent care of our entire family, all 8 of us. The rest of the staff were very helpful and kind for the remainder of the stay. The rooms were clean and well prepped. Beach access was very close and workers on the beach very helpful for setting up chairs/umbrellas. Joes Stone Crab 2 blocks away. Would definitely stay here again for a few days in south beach.

Great location for a family visit to South Beach. Lovely beach facilities and super friendly staff. Very nice rooms perfect for family groups.

Slightly disappointed with this hotel. We got ground floor room with pretty much no view at all, room was average, pool was closed due to private party! For that price range there is better options around.

Great location, easy access to the beach and 10 min walk to main part of Ocean Drive with restaurants and bars, front desk staff very pleasant and helpful, rooms clean and comfortable beds. On down side pool is small and restaurant tables are placed right beside so kind of uncomfortable being there with people eating lunch watching. Overall all great hotel.
