Hilton Boca Raton Suites

There was an issue with our room. We reached out to hotel and never received any communication from management. Hotel has not been kept up but they charge like a 4 star hotel. Stay away from this hotel. Service was sub par as well. They do not care about the guest or guest experience here.

Not a good experience from beginning to end. Rooms are dated and had a terrible musty smell, our bathroom was dirty (there was hair all over the floor), the lock on the door was broken, and the customer service was terrible. There are no diamond benefits, and we were denied late checkout even though other people in our travel party (not diamond members) were able to get it. For the price we paid, this hotel was very disappointing.

Very nice hotel. Never stayed there before. Really nice size rooms and very clean. Their pool and jacuzzi are a very nice plus. They have a complimentary happy hour with full bar which is definitely a huge plus. The breakfast was very good but unfortunately they don't make omelettes.

I stay here all the time and I used to love it but I was charged an extra $60 more than I ever have. I stay every week for class and today I had enough. First we get to the room and the pull out couch has leftover food and raisins all over the comforter, so we go back get a new room and the pullout couch had an old lighter and food crumbs. They only gave me $60 back not even a refund and I was super nice about it but now thinking about it. This was ridiculous and so gross that they didn’t even offer to help me more.

The hotel staff is amazing! Thank you PAIGE for taking care of a slight issue we had. She was so kind, professional, and took the time to make sure our issue was taken care of.

The staff was really nice but that was pretty much the only good thing. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else. The rooms and bathroom are really outdated but my biggest issue was with the bed. It was so uncomfortable. You could practically feel the springs. The toilet flushed weird, like it barely flushed and had black speckles in the bowl. The paint on the walls seem a bit discolored. The room smelled kinda weird but you get use to it. There was a tear in the curtain by the balcony. Overall it’s just pretty bad. Definitely not worth the money I spent. Wont be coming back. The combination of all of that made it feel unclean and unsafe. The only reason I didn’t give it a 1 star is because I didn’t see mold in any obvious places.

The hotel was pretty standard, the room was definitely outdated, but it was nice enough and the suite had a desk and couch as well. The guy at the front when we first arrived seemed pretty clueless but I assume he was new. Besides the prolonged check in, our room appeared clean and had a fridge and microwave which was nice. 24 hour gym was a plus too. Breakfast was what you'd expect for a hotel breakfast, nothing special but staff at breakfast were very nice and helpful.

Very old/dated building; everything looks so old that look dirty any Hampton In is a much better choice and value than this hotel.

Staff were exemplary, going above and beyond and displaying outstanding customer service. Breakfast was also great (made to order omelets were really good). Docked a star because the rooms themselves are quite outdated, bordering on dingy. Serious renovations are in order to bring the rooms up the standard that the Hilton brand is known for.

It is 2022 and this hotel throttles internet for the sake of collecting an extra $10. I had to begrudgingly pay this so that I could upload a client deliverable and try to get some sleep. I will never stay here again.

The rooms look nothing like the internet pictures. Carpet, curtains all stained. The toilet handle did not work had to remove the top to flush. The breakfast that we paid extra for, one chef to make eggs the line went into the check in desk. We stood 30 minutes and left. Good thing we checked the hotel first before reserving for our company seminar. Definitely not worth $235.00.

Being a frequent traveler and 71 years old, I have never been in a Hotel, where I have to reserve 24 hours in advance for my room to be cleaned, otherwise they wont clean the room for the entire week

Especially now that I traveled with my daughter and her baby

And even after reserving, to clean the room, they failed to show some days, the staff apologized for that, but nonetheless

Also the paint was pealing from the ceiling, was all over the floor, in the hallway too

It's basically become dated. This is great location with good people, it just needs that Hilton swagger restored. If you say Hilton and Boca in the same sentence, it establishes a certain set of expectations, but disappoint ensues upon even cursory examination. "Build me a pleasuredome" said the great Khan, I think we'd all love that.

This is not the Hilton you're expecting. If you're looking for a full-service, high quality Hilton, go somewhere else. This hotel is a relic from the late 70's/early 80's in every way possible, except for the rates. I definitely don't recommend it.

I booked multiple rooms at this establishment for students who were attending a conference. Not only did I not receive any Hilton Honors points for these reservations even though I paid for the rooms with my credit card in person but my students reported that the establishment was not up to par. One set of students had to move to another room because the first room they were given smelled stale and moldy. I was actually at the front desk paying when the students came back down with all of their luggage and explained the situation. Another one of my students had to move rooms twice because there were bugs in her room. As a matter of fact, because she had to switch rooms around 3am the first night, she missed the whole morning session of the first day of the conference since she didn’t get to sleep until the early morning. Needless to say, I will not consider this hotel for future travel to Boca Raton.
