Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort

Day 1:
Check-in process very slow. Diamond status not appreciated. Slow decision making by frontline staff. Bellhops are great. Hilton sent email add asking if I wanted upgrade for discount. Agreed to Hilton add however, did not get oceanfront. My new ocean view room is joke. One can barely see the ocean. Hopefully the other two days go better.
Pool area is a little dirty with some construction on the North side (nasty).
Housekeeping - Excellent work

Day 2 - Pool closes at @ 7PM. That is correct 7PM. Takes the fun out of vacation! Ridiculous!
Day 3 - checkout was a very similar to check-in nothing simple. Daily food credits for Diamond members not honored. No Diamond member lounge. You will fight with the elevators each ride. Wifi is absolutely terrible.

This Hilton is on my No Return List.
As a longtime Diamond member points reward points awarded to my account would go a long way.

From the moment we arrived at the resort on 11/9 we were treated with excellent service from everyone we encountered. Throughout the weekend we were greeted by Luis at the pool and he assisted us in finding chairs together. He then came back around with popsicles. Our cocktail servers, Jenny and Oriana were very personable and attentive and provided excellent service during our visits to the pool, as well as Ryan at the bar. The restaurant manager, Angel checked in on us during our visit and we expressed how pleased we were with the service during our stay.
I travel all over and have never encountered a staff that were kind and professional. Management should be proud of the team they assembled.
As for the resort it was beautiful and our room was very spacious and comfortable.

All of our food and beverage choices were excellent

I must suggest a visit to S3 for some sushi and cocktails.

The only thing I absolutely hated about this place was the parking! Mandatory Valet and it's $55 a day!

The common areas showed significant wear, and not as clean as I would expect. The pool and workout area looked better. Corporate style hotel.

I was very impressed with the level of customer service from the staff. Definitely would stay again

BETSY! That is the name of the woman that made my wedding happen at this hotel. Betsy is kind, professional and really goes above and beyond to make sure she executes your dream wedding. I can’t thank Betsy enough for being there every step of the way. She truly has a talent for what she does and knows how to make a bride happy. Grateful I had her during the planning process and day of wedding to facilitate vendor setup, hotel staff doing their part and keeping the bride together even when things weren’t going my way (weather and uncooperative guests.) If I had to do it again, I would choose this hotel and work with Betsy again. The food the chef provided was delicious! Hotel staff were attentive and friendly and Dane was also a life saver during my wedding weekend. THANK YOU Hilton FLL Beach Resort.

We chose this place for my birthday and we are very happy about it. The view from our room was amazing. They sent champagne to our room for my birthday. It was a very kind thought. I was very happy. Everything is very clean, and organized. There are a lot of good things to say about this hotel and the team here. No matter how I describe my satisfaction, it will be insufficient.

When we came to the pool, Mr. Halil, the manager, was very helpful in every sense. ️ He's a professional at his job. Everything is under his control. It's not even possible to have a problem where he is.

We enjoyed it a lot, we had a lot of fun. The pool, the music, the service, everything was so beautiful. Especially Jennifer A.gave us pleasure with her energy and conversation. She made my day she was sooooo sweet. She’s a really great person. We are sorry to leave today but hope we will be back and see her again.

The food was delicious. We also had the opportunity to meet with Chef Özgün, who made us those wonderful dishes. He has great energy.

Also Anna, who made our entrance procedures, suggested the restaurant right next to the hotel to us. We went for dinner the same day and were very happy. Alex took care of our serve and it was great.

So this hotel and this wonderful team are thinking of everything for you. The only thing left for you is to enjoy the vacation.

So let me start by saying this was suppose to be wonderful getaway celebrating my 30th marriage anniversary I was very disappointed when we found roaches on the counter top where my designer anniversary cake was and where my other food was, I told the staff & manager and they did NOTHING! Shrugged us off like whatever. I was planing to stay 3 nights but we left the very next day I was so very upset not what I expected from this property I mean these rooms are not cheap 599.00 a night ruined my anniversary

I had a pleasant stay at Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort and would give it four stars. The hotel offers various on-site amenities, including restaurants and a coffee shop, though they are a bit pricier than standalone options. The pool was lovely, but one of the hot tubs was out of order during my visit. The room was spacious with a great view.

On the downside, the water in our room was only semi-warm and never got hot. The elevators were often slow or malfunctioning, leading to long wait times. However, the staff was consistently friendly and accommodating, which enhanced the overall experience.

Sara & Jada on The patio provide exceptional costumer service. If I could leave 8 stars. Definitely would! Recommend this place to my friends!

Allison the receptionist and Lowe the concierge at my hotel were absolutely fantastic! Allison greeted me with a warm smile and impeccable professionalism, making check-in a breeze. Her helpfulness and cheerful attitude set the perfect tone for my stay.

Lowe, the concierge, went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable experience. Their extensive knowledge about the local area, excellent recommendations, and genuine enthusiasm made my stay truly delightful. Both Allison and Lowe exemplified outstanding customer service, making my time at the hotel exceptionally enjoyable. Kudos to them for their exceptional hospitality!

Hotel was beautiful as well as the area. But the two black ladies in the check inn were extremely rude and did not provide any customer service AT ALL. I dont understand how the companies hires people and cannot give an good 5 star service to all the people. YOU GUYS DO UNDERSTAND THAT IT AFFECTS YOUR MONEY and not the poeple youre hire. Shame on those two ladies.

Been Staying here since approximately 2018. Rooms are spacious and reasonably priced. Enjoyed many July 4th celebrations, and more recently stayed during November. We always receive wonderful service and enjoy the three restaurants our favorite being S3. It’s a chill couples getaway that’s family friendly but not overcrowded. We’re planning on continuing to be one of the regulars!

Traveling for big birthday celebration with wife, other than poor weather for 3days. Hotel was fantastic, front desk (Malika) and Manager (Sean) were accommodating and professional. Will go back there in the future.

Nice (but expensive) hotel on the beach. The suites have full refrigerators and ovens, but you need to ask the front desk for pots, pans, dishes, and silverware.

Great location right on the beach. Limited, but still adequate restaurants nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was amazing! They treated us like we were celebrities. Andrew was very friendly and helpful, and the concierge staff was extremely attentive and responded right away to any questions we had. Their customer service is second to none. What a wonderful experience.

This place and location was SO GREAT, we're planning on forgoing our annual Savanah trip and heading STRAIGHT to Fort Lauderdale.

Great location but this resort is needing better upkeep especially for the price. Overall I felt this is a terrible value. You are definitely paying for being on the beach.
