Hilton Garden Inn Orlando Airport

I arrived late and was really tired having traveled coast to coast this afternoon by myself. The shuttle arrived quickly and I was welcomed by Sandra at the front desk with a warm welcome. I always try to stay at a Hilton Garden Inn as I travel by myself and like the safe and clean accommodations. Located just minutes away from the Orlando airport! Good job!

The staff at this hotel were 5 star. Unfortunately I no longer find anything special beyond what a Holiday Inn or other chain offers at a lower rate. It has become apparent that I am overpaying for brand. Exceptional staff, average hotel.

Had a great experience here! The staff here are extremely professional. I used to manage a Hilton Garden Inn a few years back and I know all the standard and they seemed to have followed the majority. I checked in super late like after midnight, after a chaotic experience at the airport and car rental situation and the lady that checked me in was so polite and made the check in very simple. The food and beverage side had a wide variety of food items. The property was very clean. Room was clean. Bed was really hard but not gonna lie but other than that. The stay was great!

The rooms are dated but the hotel is currently under refurbishment so hopefully the hotel will soon offer the same level of accommodation as the other Hilton Garden Inns I have stayed at. The room had a musty/mildewy smell to it especially in the bathroom area and there was used bath toiletries from the previous occupant in the shower. The pillows are very small compared to the size of the bed and the mattress was not very comfortable. I did mobile check in but my room wasn't released to me until late evening and I only stayed one night so I wasn't able to report these issues.

There is a complementary shuttle available to and from the airport but you need to call the hotel to have them send the shuttle to pick you up. The hotel is one mile off airport property but wait times are dependent on local traffic. On check in day I waited almost an hour and a half for pick up and had to call the hotel front desk three times. Each time the front desk employee stated the shuttle had been dispatched and would be there in less than 5 minutes. When the shuttle finally arrived the driver stated he was stuck in traffic and radioed dispatch to request that guests be told they would be a significant delay due to traffic around the airport. I do not fault the driver or the Hotel for the wait but there should have been some communication between the driver stuck in traffic and the hotel so when I called the second or third time some information could have been provided rather than just saying the shuttle was on it's way.

Overall, the Hotel is great for proximity to the airport without the noise and congestion of a typical airport property but the accomodations are lacking for a Hilton branded location.

Everyone was nice. Breakfast was freshly cooked. I give 3 stars because all the rooms have carpet and makes the rooms feel muggy even with the ac working perfectly. Beds comfy, pillows are a collection of medium hard and soft. Had airport shuttle but we didn’t use it.

This is our second time staying here this year and our last.
First time our room was overlooking the courtyard and we got no sleep. There was a group of people partying in the courtyard all night!
This time we have a room over looking a roof. All we can hear is the a/c units! Again no sleep! And I told her what happened before! So she gives me this room!

The rooms were clean & the staff friendly & efficient! We loved & enjoyed the bar in the lobby as it made it so nice to have a nightcap before going to bed & met Somme great people while sitting there especially the bartender!

Excellent from check in and you drove me do a nice steak house, check in fantastic that American women handles telephone and two check in to the room fantastic, room nicer than Any hotels at Orlando even Disney. I live in Florida and stay at hotels because of very early flights. Towels by the pool quiet, huge rooms even for one person, great parking, shuttles who go fast because the have more than one. I am from Germany and give you the highest compliment on everything. People like me like your breakfast but I had no time to use the bar or anything. An employee gevesperte me 2 bananas because I has such an early flight I your great free copy and the expensive soaps in you great bathroom everything was 1st class for the price. I finally found a hotel I can use for my early flights. Employees are well informed and great. Thanks

At 7: 30 am I went down for coffee. When I tried to renter my room my touchpads key card had already been deactivated. Fail. I had not yet checked out.

Complimentary masks were not available upon asking for them.

Room was clean and fresh.

Staff was excellent every thing was great except the pillows was too small. The kitchen staff was Superior wish I could take them with me to every hotel I visit to show others how it's done.

Gaby @ the front desk delivered excellent service. She was polite, friendly and thorough. My disappointment was in the breakfast room- l asked for waffles which are made to order and was told that I had to eat from the buffet. Another guest asked for waffles and his order was readily taken. Discrimination? !

Went for a work visit, the room was well maintained and clean. The staff was helpful and proactive. Lucky was an intern who was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Answered all concerns and helped check out smoothly.

Arrived late in the night, met with a smile. Check in was a breeze, room was descent, went in for breakfast and boy-oh-boy, 11.99 for a continental style breakfast, no thanks I'll save my money and go to the Denny's. Take into account NO COMPLEMENTARY Breakfast when booking your trip. I'll not be staying here next time.

I am here at this hotel every week as I am a flight attendant. The restaurant has the best breakfast and happy hour is really nice. The location is great with a lot of restaurants and shopping around.
