With so many lodging options at the same price point, why is breakfast not comp, but $15. ××?
I couldn't even order a screwdriver.

Room was clean, but below Hiltons expectations. At best it was equal to a Best Western. Hot Water didn't last long at All in the Shower, so you took a Quick Shower. Rooms need to be updated. We are Hilton Honors member so we've been to many locations before. We should've stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. Jeff

Would be zero stars if I had the option. I ended up getting bed bug bites on my hands and arms after my stay here. The room smelled funky and the sheets felt stiff

This was the worst location I’ve ever stayed and I was shocked to see the outdated furniture and small Smart TV.
The comforter was not on the top of the bed but I was sleeping on top of it and saw the other bed was made correctly but somehow mine was all wrong. The bathroom even had some ants on the floor I noticed while using the restroom but it wasn’t like what I was use to as being an Hilton so for this reason when I return to Tally to visit my son in College I will be looking at another Hotel. This was disappointing and I won’t return again unless perhaps it’s in another state and I know what to expect like the ones in NC, and Jacksonville, Florida. I just can’t handle
the noisy air conditioner as well it was NOT user friendly and it should have been but it wasn’t and the place is old or needs something for me to spend my money and stay here ever again at this point.

Online price says $102, you call and get transferred to a call center that tries to get $268 a night since there’s a football game. Total scam. Wi-Fi barely works, TV is the size of an iPad. You’re better off staying at a motel. Cannot believe it’s a Hilton.

Not even a 1 star hotel. The beds are 30 years old, the showers trickle water. I couldn't even shower. The breakfast is package pastries and the staff barely speaks english. Asked for a receipt when I checked out, they couldn't figure out how to do it. A true disgrace of a hotel.

This is the friendliest hotel. Great location, fitness equipment always is in working order and ALL the staff is the BEST!

Stayed here for 1 night with two cars full of stuff because we were moving into our home the next day. The parking lot was safe and we had no issues. The employees were friendly and the rooms were nice.

Shower took a while to get warm water. Shower curtain worn-out needs replacing. Bed was comfortable clean room.

If I could give a negative 10 I would. We arrived and when we got to our room the bathroom was dirty with dried toothpaste on sink, poop splatters in toilet, dried piss stain at back of toilet underneath seat, tv not working, phone not working. We pulled sheets back and it looked as if someone just threw the sheets over because it looked clean. We were in room 403. I spoke with front desk lady in attempt to change rooms. She told me rooms were full, there was no overnight housekeeping and unfortunately nothing she could do. The whole area is booked so I know there is no other options. I literally brought hospital grade disinfectant wipes and cleaned everything. I striped the beds and remade them with new sheets the lady at front desk did have to offer me. I will call when I wake up. I feel I should get a refund

Jessica sales representative just yells at the customers without listening to the other end. She’s rude and unprofessional shame on her for working such a great institute of HILTON. I hold shares in Hilton and she’s a disgusting lady to work for Hilton. Management teach her some sense and ethics and manners

Mold in our room. Asked for a different room and it had mold issues as well. For your own health and safety, you might want to consider other options. I will be contacting the Hilton Corporate Office.

We stayed in room 105. It smelled very musty and as if it had flooded at some point or maybe water had overflowed. We were too tired to request a room change and it was just for the 1 night. Also, it was right next to the gym so bright and early we could hear people throwing weights on the ground. I wish I had noticed that sooner when checking in. That's what I get for not choosing my room in the app. On a positive note, the front area of the hotel was very pretty and inviting. Hopefully the other rooms are better than ours.

There was no hot water. Horrible I was very disappointed, half pillows, rust on toilet, smelly room, no complimentary breakfast, over price, Hilton hotels use to be top notch.

Shower didn't work - scalding hot water only, missing coffee in room, missing shampoo in room. Moved to another room, same set of problems.

Staff was not responsive. I've stayed in a lot of Hilton Garden Inns, and this one was seriously deficient.

It is a good place to stay. I didn’t have a good experience with how the dinner was cooked, but the rest of the services were nice. There are very welcoming staff members as well

Dirty room, garbage in all the corners. Stained bed sheets. Dirty microwave. Shower that didn’t drain. Noisy a/c. Uncomfortable beds. Stay away. I had other options, choose Hilton thinking of their reputation and was wrong. Will think twice next time

This location could use a face-lift in the rooms. My shower door wouldn't close. The shower handle was constantly having to be toggled to find hot water.

The treadmill in the gym really needs balancing. It was shaking like crazy.

If you want to stay in a dirty room this is your place to stay. Overly priced and does not live up to the Hilton standards. Stains all over the curtains. Hair glob next to the tub. They had not cleaned or vacuumed the pull out sofa. Beds are very uncomfortable. When you walk into the hotel from the side door there is nothing but ants crawling down. Went down for breakfast and there was a cook but no cashier to open it and nobody had any idea what was going on. The halls were also dirty. Staff was rude in the evening. Morning staff was amazing.

The location and the rooms are excellent. They have a water issue in the showers that they are dealing with, great pressure, but very hot sometimes and won't cool down. Staff was awesome.
