Hilton Garden Inn West Palm Beach Airport

Nice hotel with friendly staff.
A shame that I couldn't get a later checkout than 1PM.

I wouldn’t give this Hilton any stars! But I rank it at 1 star because I need to inform everyone to never book here this Hilton does not represent Hilton at all the pool towels are not plus size friendly very little for child adult size towels are not provided save your money breakfast was trouble hair inside eggs the room are big in the up grade rooms nice inside but pool is dirty I do not recommend anyone here this is more like a motel and by far you are bettter off renting a motel 6 than here save you money the room don’t even have menu you have to call the front desk constantly diner dine in at the worst restaurant which I would not call it a restaurant poor the stafff are clues less and management doesn’t even have an available number to be reach

Checkin was quick and painless. The room was very clean and all the amenities worked as they should with the exception of one lamps power port. Ice machine on floor was good. They do not have access to a EV charging spot so if you need a charge it will have to be offsite and not terribly close by. Staff is helpful and accommodating. We are using the pull out couch and it seems more comfortable than typical pull outs. We didn’t notice any excess noise or problems so far (we have another night and will update if anything changes). The price for the room was good and the location is convenient for us.

Disappointed with this hotel. Tried giving them a chance and had to leave immediately. I left and got myself a room at the Hampton Inn next door which I previously gave a 5 STAR review! The Holiday Inn next door is by far much better as I’ve now stayed at both.

I’ve stayed in many Hotels in west palm beach due to business, this Hilton property is the best one by far. Excellent service, clean lobby and very nice rooms.
Recommend. I’ll be back for sure.

Worst hotel experience ever.
Never ever again. After over a month did still not get the deposit paid back, even if Hilton claims they did so.
They do issue wrong invoices and claim they cannot issue correct invoices because of their system!
Never had such an unprofessional experience at a hotel.

Be aware that breakfast isn’t included, beds are not comfortable, and some repairs and improvements need to be made. Couch was seriously stained, stains on walls, etc.

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER (Racist)! Terrible customer service! Starting with the manager that runs the place. So much for being a Diamond member. I booked my reservation during the hurricane (literally the day of). The manager called my cell and canceled my room after I’d waited almost 3 hours with my family. The room was ready and available for me, but was canceled because I spoke up about waiting 3 hours. Never thought I’d be discriminated against by @hilton. To make matters worse the manager cancels my reservation at the hotel whenever I book a stay. I feel bullied at it’s worse because once again I’m traveling with my family. This is horrible service and needs to be addressed and dismissed. “Well you guys don’t want my race at your hotel” so be it.

We recently stayed at this airport location for easier access to flights at PBI. We had very early departures and very later arrivals. The front desk staff were so so nice! We were greeted as a VIP customer of the day - cute! The staff, I think Jacky? Was so warm and helpful. We left our cars on site and used the airport shuttle service. This was on-time and fast.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Everything worked. Even my pet peeve - A/C filters - were clean!

At breakfast - first customer at 6: 00 AM - was served with a warm smile by the staff. Everyone made our brief stays (two seperate nights) welcome. We travel several times a year, and feel the hotel and staff here are among the best we have encountered for travel-type (non vacation/destination) hotels.

The shower was dirty upon arrival- speckled with short hair. The room was stuffy with no ability to open windows, which was not a plus during Covid

Josh at the front desk is amazing at his job. He is extremely knowledgeable and provides great customer service. An amazing asset to this company! Will stay here again!

Easy to find, easy to park. Good location, clean property. Quiet room, very accommodating layout. Airport shuttle available. And *VERY* pleasant, gracious, and welcoming clerks at check-in and throughout our stay! Although we didn't partake, food (breakfast, dinner) was available. Certainly a hotel we'll keep in our contact list for future visits.

The suite was amazing and the staff very accommodating. The lobby and room were very clean.

This hotel is clean and comfortable, plus it's less than 5 minutes from the West Palm Beach airport! It also has an outdoor pool, a business room with computers and printers, and a small gym! The restaurant available to premises closes early but they do offer breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Staff were so nice the entire time we stayed. Clean and quiet rooms. Safe area. The pool wasn’t working, it would have been nice to use it, but the beach was so close it didn’t really matter. Close to shopping. I will stay again when we come back to FL.

Enjoyable stay. Staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Shout out to Nick Durso who turned what could have been a disaster into a remarkable evening. Can't wait to go back. Thanks. The Whitfords.

I wish i could give this hotel zero stars. Although I don't write reviews I'm forced to write one today. I travel by plane from Charleston South Carolina with my family. On 8/4/22, In which I booked a hotel room using my Hilton Honors points for our family emergency. An because of my family emergency I wasn't able to get to this hotel until nearly 4am. I was than met by a front desk staff member without a name tag. That told me my reservation was canceled, then he told me he didn't have any room. Moreover "Emmanuel" as he called himself, said I have paperwork to do, as he turned his back on me. An to make matters worse, the front desk staff member proceeded with checking a young men into a room right in front of me as I waited. My only option was stay with another hotel outside of Hilton brand. I never forget how this hotel treated my family and I during our time of need. Please advise you will only get bad service or none at all at this hotel.

Checking out was a nightmare, the person in charged was very unhelpful and just Rude. I travel frequently to the area and will let my coworkers not stay at this hotel.

We had excellent attention when we arrived with the check-up, the young man who treated us super, we went as a family, we had two reservations and the rooms were impeccable, super clean and spacious. The pool was a bit dirty, the pottery around it and the broken chairs. The breakfast was very expensive and they did not serve everything that was requested.
