14Beautiful hotel, we had a room on the 9th floor, a spectacular view. Our room was cleaned every day, the pool was perfect. I would return!
I nearly missed out on this fantastic room, but a quick check on ʜᴏᴛᴇʟᴅᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ made all the difference. I stayed in this hotel when I attended a wedding. Everything about this hotel from valet, frontdesk, bar, location, DJ, etc, is just perfect. The view from my third floor room was incredible. The pillows and the bed were comfortable. Karim, the gentleman at the reception desk was attentive to my needs. I will gladly recommend this hotel. My only complaint is that the electric iron in my room was inoperable and when I called housekeeping for a replacement, I was informed that one would be delivered in about ten minutes. Ten minutes came and went without an iron being delivered to my room. Fortunately, I ran into a worker, who when I hold him about the malfunctioning iron, retrieved one for me from an adjacent unoccupied room. Thanks to that worker who came to my assistance.
The location is not great, but other than that, they provided the service you would expect from a Hilton.
The pool was closed and under maintenance and nobody called to let us know. Our stay was originally for a week. We came from CT and stayed for two days in hopes that it would re open but it didn’t. The hassle of having to go to another hotel was not fun.
We are hilton members, but for some reason, the gave us a room with out a sofa that we needed and they could accommodate us with it even though in our confirmation it showed us that the sofa would be in the room. So we had to end up going to another hotel around the corner that was just as good if not better. The customer service tried everything they could, but they couldn't do anything about it. But they booked the other room for us so I guess they made up for it!
I guess it was necessary, but I really did not like being "force" to do valet parking for $45. I wanted to park my own car and go to it as I pleased, but they held our car keys. The Hotel was nice and the service was great. The operation of the elevator was interesting, and It was fun navigating.

Definitely would not recommend we asked for an early check in we arrived at 1 pm and didn’t get our room till the 4 pm check in and the shower water pressure was poor and the hot water was Luke warm
Nice hotel with a nice bay/downtown view. But the best is the saff, very considerate people.
The breakfast buffet was ice cold! That’s my only complaint. Front desk staff were amazing. Our room was great. Just don’t eat the buffet!
This hotel did not disappoint. I was nervous about it being a pet-friendly hotel, but you wouldn't even know the pets were there if you didn't actually see them. The service was exceptional! I would certainly stay here on a future visit.
Beautiful hotel! Large and impeccably furnished rooms. Too bad that while I was changing they entered my room because at the reception they had been given the same key too.then the ventilation that was supposed to clean the air in the bathroom doesn't work and finally I had to ask to change the sheets because they were full of hair. We are talking about a hotel chain known worldwide where the sheets were simply not changed between one guest and another which is very serious! They offered us an extra night, an extra, bigger room but not only could I not accept but how confidence in the hygiene of the structure itself was lost. I am speechless!
The bed was good, but the shower didn't drain smoothly so it was uncomfortable. However, cleaning is done well every day.
The lobby was large and very convenient, and the breakfast was also recommended.
However, there is a smell of marijuana at the hotel entrance and there are homeless people nearby, so you need to be careful when moving around.
It was convenient because there was a public one nearby, but I couldn't use it often due to safety reasons.
The location of the hotel is good, so be mindful of traffic congestion.
