Hilton Orlando/Altamonte Springs

First room i was in smelled like mold and had a broken a/c. I went down to the front desk to get another room and was rushed away. No upgrade, no sorry, nothing. Ive seen better showers at Motel 6 and Days Inn. Only thing good about their breakfast was eggs. Hope you like bacon that tastes boiled and gravy that belongs in the trash. Everything was so bland, vanilla was spicy. Wont be staying here again. Customer service goes a long way when a conpany drops the ball. I work in customer service and i would NEVER treat a customer the way I was. Do better, this isnt Super 8

Mixup at the front desk. Hotel can hold the blame.

However, it was resolved and the mood wasn’t too impacted.

Room size was good. Mattress was medium firm.

Some places to eat and drink on site. But they are rather expensive.

Conference rooms were acceptable. AC was a little low, I’ll assume someone from our group could have adjusted that, I hope.

Has quality, and some very nice amenities.

Stayed there for a holiday party. I purchased a room with breakfast package. My husband left early and took the breakfast card down to get breakfast he forgot It was for the both of us and when he went back down to ask for another breakfast card for me they denied him. The room was way overpriced I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. What a rip off. I paid for 2 breakfast and only had 1 and my room was supposed to be the best. If that was the best I wonder how bad a regular is?

This is an amazing location to visit. I would visit over and over again. Everything was superb! The front desk and restaurant attendees were very courteous and helpful!

Great location close to many food options and next to cranes roost park which is convenient. Rooms are nice and clean and staff were very friendly and not rude at all like the reviews say. Just not a fan of the lighting in the rooms way too dim for me personally

David Newsome. What can I say but, RUDE! PEDI! No sense of customer service. He felt like he had to have the last word. Why would they put this man in the front counter, I don’t know. I only wanted to get a breakfast card that I already paid for to my girl, but he thought it was worth a hassle to refuse my request. Serious! It a breakfast meal. What does Hilton make a year millions. David! Do you feel it was worth ruining my last image of my stay here at Hilton because you wanted to be cheap on a breakfast that was already paid for. Nice! I will look some where else next time.

The room was clean when I checked in and the people were nice and helpful.

The restaurant had limited hours. Housekeeping seemed to only come by to clean the room once in the morning. If they can't clean your room then, you probably would have to call the front desk to get it cleaned (I did not attempt to call) or you have to wait for the next day to get it clean. I am accustomed to sleeping in on vacation, going out for lunch and the rest of my day, then arriving at the hotel in the evening with a made up room. Unless I left the room early for breakfast, then my room would remain untouched for the day.

Thank you Franklin, Joe and Diane for your hospitality and great service! You guys are a great team! Looking forward to visiting again. This Hotel was very accommodating, clean, friendly overall outstanding.

Good location, Staff was nice, Slow resolving issues, quiet. I would stay here again if I happen to travel to the area again.

Clean, Friendly and close to where I needed to stay. Price was lower than I expected to pay for the area. Hilton always has the BEST Hotels for your stay.

Beware black men. Banquet manager will threaten to call the police on you. He will attempt to escalate situations that will cause you to be arrested or questioned. Front desk manager is great, hotel staff is great. A second in charge of the hotel would not investigate wrongful doing my staff. We were yelled at and threatened of possible arrest. Banquet manager needs people skills, and the understanding that he cannot threatened Black Men. Second-in-charge need to stop supporting this type of behavior. Black man beware.

Tattered room, not what I would expect from the Hilton chain. Bathroom had sliding barn doors and not in a trendy way. Rotting around the floor molding. Convenient location that is quiet is the redeeming quality.

It is a really nice, neat, fancy hotel. But the bathrooms don't lock unless you run your hand over the top and pull a dusty lever. The food and breakfast is really expensive and they don't serve even simple complementary breakfast meals. Also, the hotel staff is really snappy, impatient, and look like they hate their job.

Went to an Anniversary Party and had an excellent time! Stayed the night. The room was beautiful! A very enjoyable experience!
