Hilton Singer Island Oceanfront/Palm Beaches Resort, Riviera Beach FL

Major renovations ongoing which are not detailed on the app. Scaffolding / drilling / facilities out of use. Not the relaxing, luxurious beach resort they advertise & charge for! Checked straight out

Rooms aren’t clean. I’m giving 2 stars cause the staff/front desk were friendly/welcoming.
The pool isn’t large enough to accommodate guests and they don’t check bracelets sooo it was pretty much like 2 guests booked a room and invited their whole +8 family to the pool. I do not recommend and would rather pay extra to go to the Marriott

This hotel is a shame, and with all due respect, for 500 dollars I would have rented something much better, apart from the fact that the hotel is being remodeled, it has many drawbacks, but the room is disgusting, the bathroom really is more than disgusting full of dirt and black mold, in my life I will stay at this hotel again, much less recommend it to friends and family.

The staff is friendly and the location is great but they are doing extensive renovations with major drilling on balconies Monday thru Saturday from 9-5. Has scaffolding up, down and around the building. Looks condemned and hazardous. If you're looking to relax between now and next year, the beach is your saving grace. Will give another opportunity only after all Reno is complete. The drilling for me is unbearable especially when battling a excruciating migraine on a Saturday morning!

Hotel was under construction, pool was closed, lot of noise during the day, rooms were dated. Not a great idea to remodel during peak vacation time.

Hotel was great. The food was great. The room was great. Beach access was great. I wish the renovations were done during the winter months.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Right when you walk in there is flavored water in the lounge waiting for you. The receptionist was so nice, she helped us book a taxi to the cruise port. Our room was beautiful, we had a partial ocean view. The beach is taking care of very well and there is beach towels and umbrellas with chairs. Will definitely be coming back to this hotel.

The staff at this hotel were some of the friendliest people I've ever met in my entire life. They truly made you feel like they were happy to assist you with anything you needed, and it put me in the perfect mood for a stress-free vacation. Beach side drink service was a gamechanger, and my server was so responsive and very sweet!

The hotel itself is very good. The problem we have here is that the shower doesn't drain well. It almost overflowed after 20 mins. Just basic upkeep that needs some work. The area before reaching the hotel isn't the greatest either.

The service in the hotel was wonderful! I understand they will be renovating the entire place. It could definitely use it. I would stay here again after the renovation, unless the rates go way up.

Rooms are dated, but that is not the reason you stay here. The location is hard to beat, and I cannot say enough about the personal service focus of the staff.

Excellent attention from Mrs. Roccio from the front desk. I am delighted with her. 5 stars for her!

$60 for incidentals.and I did not use the bottled water, water sports, Beach chairs, bicycle or pool. I stayed one night! I did not use anything! And out of $60.they gave me back $3. $20 for parking $20 for resort fees. There was construction. Half of the hotel was closed off. With the way buildings collapse, why wouldn't you share with guest that construction is taking place. Give us the option of actually wanting to stay there. I think it's very unfair to charge for something that I didn't use, wouldn't even participate in using. I am very disappointed in Hilton.

Great hotel with a great location and friendly staff. Highly recommend. I was very surprised breakfast cost $28. It’s a good breakfast but no where close to being worth $28.

Antonio (valet) great. Destiny (front desk) great. Noise from construction to resort was horrendous. M-F, 9am - 12,12pm - 5pm it is almost impossible to have normal conversation in room because of the current repairs/renovations that are occurring. It is mind blowing they do not offer up front reductions or comps to guests. Stayed from 6/7/23-6/10/23. Might give it another chance in future. This was our go to hotel, when we lived west of town. We have been returning to this property for the last six years but we think it has run its course. Jupiter Reef Resort or an Air BNB may be our place to stay next visit here soon.

I am writing this review with great disappointment and frustration regarding my recent stays at Hilton Singer Island. As a frequent guest who has stayed at this establishment three times within the past year, I regret to say that my experiences have been far from satisfactory.

First and foremost, the assigned room during my most recent stay was a handicap room that proved to be highly inconvenient. It was evident that this room was not designed to accommodate the needs of guests who are not handicapped. There was a lack of sufficient storage space for our clothes. This would have affected the overall comfort and functionality of our stay.

Furthermore, it was evident that the room had not been adequately cleaned after the departure of the prior guests. This lack of cleanliness was both unacceptable and off-putting. As a paying customer, I expect a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail. Unfortunately, it left a lasting negative impression.

What compounded my disappointment was the recurring mistakes made by the hostess, Kenyana. Despite staying at the hotel three times in the past year, I have encountered two separate instances where Kenyana has made mistakes in handling our reservations. This lack of attention to detail and repeated errors is simply unacceptable and demonstrates a disregard for the guests' needs and expectations. After traveling from New York, this occurrence left us with no place to stay and resulted in us scrambling for proper accommodations elsewhere.

As a loyal customer who had previously chosen Hilton Singer Island for its purported quality and service, I am deeply disappointed in the decline I have witnessed in recent months. It is disheartening to see a decline in the overall experience and the lack of effort to rectify the recurring issues that have been brought to the hotel's attention.

I sincerely hope that this review serves as constructive feedback for Hilton Singer Island. I implore the management to address the aforementioned concerns and take the necessary steps to rectify the issues. As a frequent traveler, I rely on hotels to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and unfortunately, my recent stays at Hilton Singer Island have fallen far short of my expectations.

In light of these experiences, I regret to say that I will not be considering Hilton Singer Island for any future stays, and I will not be able to recommend it to friends, family, or colleagues. It is my hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to regain the trust and loyalty of their guests.

Helen who was part of the staff there is a gem. She worked pool side and catered to everyone on the beach the whole time and made us feel right at home.wonderful person 10/10 would visit again.oh and the hotel was cool too

The hotel was nice with easy access to the beach. The bartender Simon was an absolute hit and made the pool bar atmosphere so much fun!

I enjoy the stay the rooms are plane nothing to wow you. I did like the access to the beach and the fact that there was always somewhere to sit. On the weekend there was service to get drinks on the beach overall I would stay here again.

Not friendly staff at the Bar! No control over the pool or who is coming in or out! No security!
