Internet was horrible!
We thought we were reserving an Airbnb (that's the platform we used) as they usually have better internet.

The condo/suite was roomy and clean.
Pool wasn't clean (but my family went at the end of the day so maybe that's why?).

Location felt nice and security was good.

I enjoy visiting this place, however I found the beds as hard as the floor, but the pillows were just firm enough that they supported the head while still molding slightly around the way i slept, which thanks to their pillows no migraine headaches when I woke up, the room my husband and I had, was perfect, i was able to get laundry done, cook and still not have to worry about much as it only took 5 minutes for me clean it, and that's with me using a cane, there was a balcony that in the evenings I sat outside on and could listen to nature

Staff is TOTALLY incompetent, been back to the desk MANY times, no one knows what they are doing, we had 4 people in 4 rooms, it was a nightmare trying to deal with the desk staff who almost don’t understand what a room even means!

If there was something below one, that what I would give them horrible stay wifi don't work
Charge u $5 for wifi daily plus it does work. I usually go to westgate or grand villas or cypress when I'm in orlando I should have went there because mystic dunes SUCKS and outdated.plus charging you daily wifi that unfair.

A golf resort with much more to offer. Pools for kids, playgrounds for the little ones, and room service with exceptionally good food. Nothing cheap here but it's now a Hilton property. That kicks the standards up a notch. Don't expect to come away with Motel 6 prices. Nothing worth anything post Covid is the same price as before. But it is a nice quiet place to stay close to Disney with comfy beds and a golf course to boot.

Loved it so much we ended up booking an extra night. Perfect for large families wanting to enjoy the Disney parks. Our 2 bedroom suite was huge, clean, and comfy and we really appreciated having the full kitchen.

The reason I gave this hotel a 3 star is because they scam you to attend “a tour of the resort” which end up being a time share presentation with the promising of a 7 day free trip if attended, which is not free at all. I calculated all the hidden fees which came out to be $500 plus. A 2 hours presentation lasted 5 hours because they won’t accept no for an answer, they twisted the truth to make it seem that your investing into a great deal when really you’re falling for a great debt.

We got a 2 bedroom place, it is large, kitchen, washer and dryer.i am disappointed in the furniture it is stained and out dated. A. C will freeze you if you set it to.bathrooms were clean and mold free.bed was good still firm.overall good value for the price

Fair rooms, nothing special at all for the price. The tiki bar was closed down as was the "store" on property. The onsite restaurant was really just a country club full of locals "that never leave all night" according to the hostess so you will have to leave the premises to eat.

After weeks of fighting for my refund due to bedbugs, dirtiness, etc. I left a review last night, TODAY I get a phone call. Just spoke with a woman from the hotel. She called and asked about the experience. As I’m explaining what happened she cuts me off to offer me a free stay! After I told her she just cut me off she snapped back “I’ve listened to you for almost two minutes”. Then why call customers in the first place? The lack of customer service from this place is laughable. Please don’t waste your time people!

Terrible. Absolutely awful.

I stayed here with my family a couple months ago. The building we were in had a weird, damp smell. At first we thought it was the rain, garbage not picked up, maybe sewage. While those would be bad too, it was actually a very weird moisture that was in the air even in the unit. How do I know? The tiles were always wet, with tiny drops of water that were always visible. My straightened hair would get frizzy within minutes, before I could even step out of the unit. Anyone who knows a thing or two about hair knows that the more humid the air around you, the faster your hair gets frizzy. The floors always felt cold and slippery. A few of us almost slipped a few times.

They also didn't give us enough towels. For the 4 of us, we got 3. I had to make several phone calls before getting one more.

To add to that, the carpets had not been vacuumed in ages. There were big pieces of dirt, hair, etc that were visible.

This place was disappointing. Not an enjoyable stay overall.

Nice place, great staff, nice pool. Spacious condo with washer and dryer, etc. It had everything one would need for a week long vacation. Super close to Disney. Heated pool!

Con - Don't depend on their shuttle to take you to park. It runs like once a day for each park. I believe Animal Kingdom shuttle came around 10: 30 am.

Tip: avoid the slide at the pool. Hands down the scariest slide ever. You have to sign a waiver beforehand.

Great central location and easy access to food and the parks. It's easy to avoid i4 traffic once there. Each unit has a large kitchen and sitting area including a dining room and out room had a view of the golf course. Check in early to avoid the crowd and they offer a speedy check out by phone.

So we stayed in a new building which was clean and nice. The one and ONLY reason we will never come back nor listen to a pitch is the blasting music they put on at 8 AM for no reason. Unfortunately for me that's gives this a one star just because there in hospitality and suck at what they do.

Wonderful resort. Beautiful entrance when you arrive on the property.check in was great the checkin lady was wonderful and keep say 0 is your best friend while you stay with us. I didn't like that after you check in they say they have a welcome gift for you. I'm thinking a bag of nice coupons or small samples nope they aggressively ask you to sign up for a timeshare tour. Almost making you feel like you can't say no.offering you late check outs and a gift card but we all know that you have to do that 2 hr tour. I explained numerous times I just came to relax and unwind from the world but nope that wasn't enough.following me to exit to get me to do this tour.after this back and forth exchange which made check in almost 45mins I arrived to my villa and the room was beautiful. I was missing a few kitchen utilizes but we made due. I didn't like I didn't have cell phone service a missed a fee important calls and texts.maybe their issues maybe my cell phone provider.overall I'll give the room a 7 out of 10. On the day we checked out my keys stopped working at 830am and was unable to get back in to get my luggage. I had to drive all the way to the front of the resort just to get in. I asked a housekeeping to assist and they refused I told them I could show my reservation on my phone nope I had to go to the front desk.no problem got my key activated and check out was a breeze overall a great stay many things to do on the property they just need to work on check in and making sure keys work until 10am at checkout
