Hilton West Palm Beach

Valet is slow and unmanaged but the rest of the hotel staff is amazing. Beautiful decor with unique pieces. Fast elevators, clean, and feels like affordable luxury.

Great location right downtown WPB walkable from Brightline, TriRail, Amtrak. Did not visit front desk but with online check-in & digital key went right to my room. Complimentary water provided in room. Also checked out online. Elevators were quick & easy to use with digital key. Room spacious and comfortable. Bathroom had plenty counter space. No issue with hot water. Did not partake of meals.

The hotel had a free shuttle to the Brightline train station which made getting there even easier.

Very beautiful hotel! The only terrible thing is the parking: not letting clients park their own cars, having only valet (that is NOT responsible for any damages nor missing items in the vehicle - even though they charge you for this unrequested service). Huge turn-off for this hotel… such a shame because it is really beautiful, people are nice and is very well located. Probably going back ONLY if we don’t drive to PB and just take the Brightline.

I booked this hotel months ago for a trip with my daughter for our birthdays. I planned a weekend to relax and see some shows etc. I have been here before and know the area. Knowing they had a pool etc I knew we could just relax and enjoy our trip and time.less than 30 days from my trip I receive an email stating that they are renovating the hotel. I was ok with that but this was a vacation to relax by the pool and that wasn't going to happen. I had asked what they would do and there wasn't much besides a free shuttle which I used for free the last time I was there. Mind you it is July and less than 30 days until my trip. They offered me to cancel my reservations and go to another hotel downtown which were 700$ plus. This was unacceptable and poor planning by the hotel. They clearly knew this was happening or could happen well before I booked this trip. Renovations take a good amount of time to plan and execute. The wait that late and not offer anything was poor business.

I have written to Hilton and the hotel prior to my stay and yet didn't receive anything back. I did reach out and talk to Hilton before and after as I am a Hilton Honors member and expressed my concerns, the issue is that this hotel is independent. The rep from Hilton advised me the best I can do is leave reviews throughout the internet warning people on how they treat their loyal customers.

I am sure the hotel will write some political reply but I have all the notes, times, date and recordings when we spoke. The clear lack of respect not providing enough notice was unprofessional.it would have also infected more or a cost to change hotels at the last minute. Thank you for affecting our yearly trip. I will certainly remember this when I have to book another trip down there or when someone asks for a recommendation. I have already removed this hotel off of our recommended hotel in our Corp system.

After calling housekeeping several times, my room still remained not made up the first day I was there. On the second day, my room was made up, but not great. After that I left the Privacy sign on the door and made up my own room. Amenities were expensive and there was a $40.00 per day charge for the valet. I only learned this after I checked out, and after I generously tipped the valet staff every time I retrieved my car during my stay. The pool was closed because of construction. There was construction going on in and around the hotel. And, the front desk, when they could, could only give change from a leather purse when it was handy.

To all the people who wish to go to this particular Hilton, the weekend from 09/15 to 09/18 I went to spend my birthday there, first the pool facilities closed, the restaurant and to complete my cart the day I I was going, they delivered it to me scratched and the rim ring in bad condition and they have the nerve to send me an email saying that my car was like that, they are disrespectful and irresponsible towards the people who give their cars to these people, super bad treatment

Everything was great about this hotel except the parking. They make it to were you have to have vallet parking which would be fine if they informed you before hand that they charge for it as well.

Used my points on my capital one to book the hotel. Even my lyft driver was excited for us when he dropped us off. The pool is closed. The entire point of staying here was to relax. Of course when you use your points on your credit card it does not take you to the website for the Hotel. I asked for a discount and was told before I could even take a breath that it was all over the website. They said they could get me transferred to the other hotel, but I am going to have to call Capital one, to dispute the charges, and then I would have to call the other hotel myself. After traveling from the DC area to get here all I wanted to do was shower and go to bed. They really need to be calling each guest individually and informing them of the situation. I did not receive an email from the hotel. I only received emails with confirmation of the reservation. Tried to call Capital one and the department is unavailable at this hour. So I guess with the way the day is planned out tomorrow, I get stay in an over priced hotel, since it has no pool.

I enjoyed our suite and our suite views. The location is nice for walking. The bathroom was spacious and included a vanity area with chair. The closets and drawers were great. There was a fridge. Bed and pillows comfy. Breakfast tasted great.

I thought the $550.00 pool side view was a great idea after not vacationing for long time
But they didn’t put me on pool side and there wasn’t even a pool that was useable it’s a construction site now
I asked for dinner to be delivered to my room after 50 mins I called and they would send it up now but won’t be fresh that was the managers statement
I stayed two night and valet said they have to have my key to my new 113k sports in perfect condition I said I don’t want anyone driving it
They demanded keys before I had coffee
And I said to valet manager and hotel manager that if they have to have keys I’ll go to ben s hotel that changes 40.00 to park instead of the 50.00 at Hilton plus it’s on the water and better location
Hotel manager wasn’t any help he didn’t try to talk to velvet manager he brought velvet manager to me to tell me and demand keys you would think he would handle it but he didn’t even try and I told him if he couldn’t handle it I would go somewhere else and he seemed ok with that lol bad business
Yes let s let valet manager run hotel and place demands on guess lol I had a pricy room to I rent the best room and get the worst service
The pool area is closed and has construction equipment in there and it s completely under construction

The staff were very accommodating, friendly and went out of their way to serve you to make sure you have a wonderful stay, which I did.

The Hilton West Palm Beach will not disappoint you.

My significant other and I came her for the day via Resort Pass and had a relaxing day - 10/10.

Great location and service at this Hilton in West Palm Beach. Had a great time with family. Couldn't try the restaurant so can't comment on the food aspect but overall a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The staff at the front desk was very helpful.

The complimentary shuttle ride to the beach and towel/chair service offered by the hotel was unexpected but very welcome, particularly because the pool was closed for renovation. Would return to this hotel when in the area.

The restaurant charged me 200 percent tip. It cost me 261 dollars for two cups of coffee.
I will never stay there again.

The entire staff at this hotel is so friendly and accommodating. It is hard to find such great service nowadays. It was a great experience and a great stay! Ideal location as well with complimentary cars to the beach!

The renovated property was super nice and comfortable plus the Hilton staff wins gold medal for being outgoing, friendly, efficient and makes you feel important.
