History Class Brewing Company reviews
14Met a friend for a bite to eat and a couple beers here on a Thursday evening. Food and beer was delicious and the live trivia that was going on sounded fun!
We stopped in today (1/13/24) for a snack and a cold drink and it was a great experience all around! From the service, to the food, to the drinks, to the atmosphere.great! The cheese they serve with their pretzels is the best cheese I've ever had with a pretzel. All staff was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be beck!
Great food! Loved the pretzel and beer! Amazing dog friendly atmosphere on the patio. Beautiful murals and memorabilia. -@brewskibrewreviews
I'm ashamed that has taken all this time for me, a local, to visit this place! Boy oh boy have I been missing out! Spicy chicken Sammy delicious smoked bologna Sammy delicious Island Hopper hazy IPA very tasty top it all off with banana pudding oh my cannot wait to bring family here! Tnx Dan for the hospitality!
Absolutely great food, awesome beer, great atmosphere. We love you Dan. Ileana and Antonio.
This is a great place to take a group of friends (or even the family) to and just enjoy yourselves. The food and beer are great and the decorations give History Class such a unique personality. There’s a reason it has 4.9 stars; You won’t regret stopping by
Love the food and atmosphere just wish they had sweet tea with my favorite pulled pork sandwich.
Service was friendly, and expedient. Keith's Brisket Mac Fries is ah-mazing, and definitely enough for two or just enough to soak-up a flight of 8 beers (yes 8, not 4, eight). Classy atmosphere matching the name, and delivers on all fronts. Beer is wide-ranging and has something for beginners, IPA-only, and a few dark beers (even a blonde breakfast stout) that were all good to great! Also they offer wines, and 32 oz crowlers with your favorite tap to-go!
This is the place you take friends and family to make memories. Unique atmosphere in historic downtown Panama City, FL. Lots of memorabilia covering the walls. You can taste test any of their beers on tap prior to purchase, even though they're all great. The food is even fun with pretzels, fried bologna sandwich, pimento cheese and truffle fries. Everything we've had is delicious. Highly recommend! 5 stars!
I recently had the pleasure of trying the smoked turkey leg, and it was nothing short of fantastic! The turkey leg was cooked to perfection, with a smoky flavor that permeated every bite, giving it a rich and robust flavor profile that left a lasting impression.
Not only was the turkey leg delightful in taste, but it was also incredibly filling. The generous portion size meant that I was fully satisfied, and didn't find myself hungry again for a good while, which is always a plus.
I truly appreciate establishments that not only serve great food but also ensure that their customers leave with full stomachs and happy hearts. This place absolutely nails it on both counts!
I wholeheartedly recommend this place to any fellow food enthusiasts out there. The smoked turkey leg is a must-try, and I can't wait to visit again to explore more of what the menu has to offer. Do yourself a favor and pay a visit – your taste buds will thank you!

Great atmosphere, love the tribute to Panama City. McKenzie's Milk Stout on nitro is great! Nice on the back of the tongue like a good dessert! Hubs enjoyed the Sheriff Sherm hazy IPA.
Nice atmosphere… friendly service when around. Beer very good. I would recommend eating before coming here… not much difference than what you find at Publix
I am NOT a Brewery fan. I am, however, a fan of this one. The best one I’ve ever been to. Hands down. Maybe I’m biased because I’m a history teacher? Or it could be the awesome menu (fries were a bit spicy for my SO, but I love spicy). The beer was great too. I had a Scottish ale.
