I've been in the promotional products business for almost 30 years and these guys are pretty much the worst supplier in the business. There's a saying about business - "get good or get out". They should do the latter because they former seems to out of their reach

Terrible customer service. I am a business and placed an order in March. When I followed up about my order, they claimed not to have it because I didn't follow their ordering protocols. Even though they confirmed the order and did not tell me I needed to do anything else. They blame the customer for any errors.

Beyond disappointed with the lack of care for our order just this week. Missed deadline, being lied to about shipping something when it was still in the facility, etc. Lack of communication is awful. Will not ever be doing business with this company again.

Warehouse manager, Cory, is VERY degrading to his employees. Cusses at them constantly. Degrades them any chance he gets. This is a daily thing from him. This is not a good person/place to work for.

Where do I start? This company is a joke with very rude employees. Do not do business with this company if you are looking for reliability. We were supposed to have an order ship out on a Thursday, for an event the following Monday. On Thursday, one of their employees emailed us saying it would ship Thursday, and even said they checked on it, and they would be sending the tracking number. We even discussed how much it would cost to ship. We were told their order would ship. Come Friday morning (today) they email us and say that the material is out of stock and our new ship date would be 9/28/22. It is 7/29/22. How is this even possible? We were told our stuff would be shipping for an event that is happening in 3 days. How can you move the ship date up 2 months and expect that to be okay? And to top it off, Chuck, who was speaking on the phone, decided to take a very rude tone when talking to one of our employees about resolving this issue THAT WAS THEIR FAULT. So not only did this company lie to us about shipping, they were also not helpful at all in resolving it thus far and have been very rude about it actually. I will update this as the issue is resolved.

They lied about their starting pay on indeed and got me to attend an interview because of this lie. I was interviewed by a man that was 30min.late and his professionalism was very poor and absolutely no signs of proper leadership skills and from looking at the inside of the warehouse and working conditions, it is a very poor and neglected business.

I will not use Hit Promotional Products again. It took 3 months to get my order and 3 times to produce. First order sent the pens were scratched and didn't work. The second time the flashlight didn't turn on. Then the third time for the redo they did not have the original item I ordered so we had to find a different product.
Customer service was little to be desired as well. IF you are in any kind of hurry. Find another vendor. Or just in general.

Carry out your responsibilities.
Just basic things. Answer the phone and respond to your customers' emails.

It's just surprising that this company is still in operation.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I placed and order through a partner company, had to call to get any information. This was my first time attempting to use this company, it will also be my last.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!

TRUCKERS…arrived the night before for our 0800 delivery and there is space to park. Checked in at 0800, was given a door, but they said they were waiting on another truck. Backed in, another truck arrived followed by a box truck. The box truck was loaded/unloaded and out the door…we sat for 2 hours and then another 90 min to unload 20 pallets? Just be prepared for a long wait.

I have been on hold for 1 hour to get a quote. The lady who answers the phone Claims to be in customer service Is either having a bad day or should not be in customer serivce as there was nothing customer about her. She was about her and all her. I’m trying to place an order for a customer. I still can’t get a quote. I really would try someone else. There old and have let there family business be taken over by incompetent staff. Untill they fix this is would go somewhere else

Worst customer service we have ever experienced. We spoke with Kumar who was completely unprofessional, rude, and insulted us. We have had issues with HIT in the past but have NEVER been treated with this much disrespect. I urge you to look somewhere else for promotional products.

Been working with Hit for over 20 years, always been a go to vendor. They went through a rough spot during the pandemic, as did most businesses.the few times we have had a problem they have stepped up to the plate and corrected it, even if it wasn't their fault. Will continue to use them whenever possible.

I mean where do I begin! It started on 2/9/2022 when I placed an order for 75 Navy Blue masks for my wedding via Purchase Order. We are having 2 ceremonies, one traditional and one cultural wedding. I receive a call from Paula in prepayment and they take my money for the order. I call and I talk to this really nice woman that put me at ease because a previous company emailed me and told me they they do not have Navy 6 days later. I came to Hit in a panic! Mariah in customer service confirmed my order and stated that I would get it. She assured me that everything will be okay! So just to recap. 1) I sent a PO in writing ordering 75 Navy Blue masks 2) Hit sends me an email for prepayment and I PAY IT 3) My customer service rep Mariah confirms my order and assures me that I will get it the next day shipping UPS Overnight Air.

Cut to 2/10. I get a message from my sister who is imprinting the masks showing tracking for the masks arriving on 2/14. At this point, we will not have the mask for our traditional wedding. Mariah states its UPS' fault as she shipped the items for them to arrive on 2/10.

Now the masks missed my traditional wedding so I'm like okay, Thursday would be great to give them out for the cultural wedding.

Cut to 2/14.my sister receives the masks and they're ROYAL BLUE!

Cut to TODAY. Mariah throws me to the Claims Dept to this lady name Lara. Lara asked if I could take the masks at a discount. THE WEDDING COLORS ARE BURGUNDY AND NAVY! Like what? Then she tells me this is why its important for people to go to the website and check stock like its my fault that I'm in this situation. AT WHAT POINT DOES HIT PROMO TELL ME THAT THEY DONT CARRY NAVY MARIAH! NOW I CANT GET MY MONEY BACK UNTIL THEY PICK UP THESE MASKS! I WILL NEVER EVER WORK WITH HIT PROMO EVER!
