9Store smells terrible, like old garbage. It's 60° out today and they have the AC on. It was like walking into a freezer. It stinks so bad and I was so cold I didn't stay.
A few good deals. I loved the meat department display case. Definitely coming back to make use of the coin counter.
The meat prices are great! Some of the other prices are a bit higher, but I was definitely able to find everything that I needed! The young lady at the 10 items or less register was amazing! Very few places can you find actual customer service, but this young lady was the epitome of customer service!
I been doing online ordering its been great they call me if they dnt have somthing and the delivery person are alway so nice

Seems like maybe there is new management here. Looks like they are improving the store. Will consider shopping here more often as they continue to improve.

Stopped in today. Asked employee which aisle canned fruit was in, she sent me to the produce aisle. Lady in the produce told me it was somewhere in the store but she didn't know where. Then I found a manager and he took me to the correct aisle. This store is poorly run. Employees stand around doing absolutely nothing. Should be ashamed of them selves. Manager allow this is absolutely crazy.
Yes I have to say I had stopped shopping at Hitchcock's for a while but went back in had noticed all the remodeling they're doing and I do believe the stores going to be great I can't wait to see the outcome. Prices are competitive but I have to say what brings me back are the employees (not all employees). There is one employee that I have to say Tricia always goes out of her way to help us if we need anything she will stop what she's doing and assist in whatever she can. She always has a smile and always has a positive outlook and I have seen her working and customer needing something and other upfront managers being rude not even acknowledging what the customer is asking or needing and Tricia has stopped and took it upon herself to take care of the customer. All the other employees that I've spoken to never have a bad word to say about her. I just have to say that she is an amazing employee and she is one reason that we continue to shop at Hitchcock's.
