I've had several vehicles serviced by the pros here at HiTech for a wide range of needs and seen repeated solid results. Excellent communication and workmanship. Becky, Kevin and Mike have been instrumental in assuring the best quality repairs are provided at very equitable cost. Nice to be able to rely on a forthrightly staffed local shop. They'll see me when LaHonda or Betsy the Jeep get cranky again.

I want to thank Hi-Tech for supporting our community and me personally, as I've taken several vehicles over the years and their service is always consistent, being patient with all of my questions, reviewing alternatives, and standing behind their work. Many dealerships and even local mechanics treat you like a number, but not at Hi-Tech. Keep up the great work!:)

From the initial phone call, prompt scheduling & service, until final pick up this crew has customer service their top priority. They’re honest, don’t try to hustle you for more than what you need, and are upfront with expectations. When my teens have their cars soon, I’ll trust Hi-Tech to take care of them too.

I highly recommend HiTech Automotive for all of your car needs. They are always prompt and professional and they go out of their way to provide the very best service and experience. They absolutely will not ever recommend or suggest services that are not necessary. One time I had to take one of my cars to the dealership for a recall, and the dealership gave me a laundry list of services that were "needed" for the car. I called HiTech and asked them their thoughts on the suggested services and I was provided with very honest and thoughtful feedback about what was necessary and what wasn't (ie: most was not necessary). They provided this feedback at no cost to me whatsoever. There is no automotive business that I trust more than HiTech. They've also patched tires on two of my cars with a very quick turnaround time. They are the best around.

They were super friendly and thoroughly answered all of my questions. Some of my questions were not pertaining to the work that they were doing on my car but they took their time to explain things to me and we're very genuine and very helpful. They were also very efficient in getting the job done quickly and still doing a good job. I will be going back and using them from now on.

We have been going to Hi-Tech for years. Their prices are reasonable, they get things done on time and they are nice people. Above all, they are honest, which is priceless in an auto repair place. Several times I’ve thought I needed a certain service and they said I didn’t. That never happens elsewhere. I HIGHLY recommend them.

We are new to the area and when I brought my car for an oil change at another shop they quoted me $2000+ of extra work they said I needed. I wanted a second opinion going with my gut feeling and brought my car to Hi Tech. I found their name on a local facebook page with great reviews. After Hi Tech looked over my car I received a call within 24hrs.that NOTHING was wrong with it. I was shocked. NOT. ONE. THING.talk about being honest. We love HiTech and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. We found them when we first moved here and, 12 years later, they are the only company to work on our 4 vehicles. They will continue to be the only one we use because of their knowledge, courtesy, efficiency, and their refusal to upsell us on useless work. I brought it in for a low idle that wasn’t fixed by replacing the alternator as we did last time there. They take 3 days to get back with a diagnostic and tell me that they couldn’t find any error codes from the engine and told me to clean it myself. I didn’t wait 3 days for your master technician to just plug in the code reader. And then they got upset when I cancelled, saying “do you really think you’ll get it fixed before Monday” it took you 3 days to even quote me! Never coming back but I am sure they don’t care

Great customer service. Very professional. Just had a knocking sound in the front and they quoted me to get my ball joint fixed, and when I finally brought it in and it was actually a little less than the original quote.
