When I say that we do not need a vacation from our home, it is because Todd and the team at Hive Outdoor Living have built us our very own vacation resort spot! The process was quick and the end product is absolutely stunning and we could not be happier as we look forward to many memory making moments with family & friends. The Hive’s team have been excellent communicators, their work is quality and the dedication to their job made them excellent partners in this beautiful project. We are grateful we found a responsible company with integrity, great quality and top of the line customer service. Which is very rare to find in this day and age. A very special thank you to the following team members, Teddy, John and Ron for their follow up during the pool construction. A extremely special thank you to Todd, who followed up, had exceptional communication, immediate call backs or visits, as the pool was completed on schedule.

From the moment we met Ben Kelver at the Hive sales office, we knew we were in good hands. Ben was outstanding in helping craft the vision we had for the pool we wanted in our new home. Ben provided us with various options and shared pros/cons of some of our choices. His attention to detail on the CAD drawings was top-notch. Once we were under contact and had the permits, Ben came to our home with Project Managers Ron and Teddy. During this kick-off meeting, we were told to circle a specific future date on our calendar and the pool would be done by that date. Through the dedicated efforts of Teddy leading some awesome subcontractors for pool construction, pavers, screened enclosure and landscaping repairs our pool was delivered earlier than anticipated. Once construction was complete, Ron took over for our orientation and did a great job explaining all of the equipment and required maintenance. Our experience with the Hive team couldn't have gone any better. Their communication throughout the process was A+! My wife and I would highly recommend prospective pool purchasers to consider HIVE if you want an excellent experience!

I cannot express how amazing the crew at Hive have been and how happy we are with our fiberglass pool resurface. Joe was our salesman and from the moment he came out to our house until the project was finished he was available if I had any questions, so friendly, kind, always on time and so helpful. Matt and Chris, who did the actual resurfacing were amazing also. They were always at our house on time, incredibly professional, friendly and always cleaned up immaculately each and every day. We went over a year a half without a pool due to a bad pool company and Hive outdoor living gave us a pool in 8 days. Truly I would give them 100 out of 100 stars if I could. I cannot thank you guys enough for giving us our pool back.

My experience with this company goes beyond horrible. The completion of my pool took several years and is still not correct. Where do I start. The tile installer was unable get the job done correctly. We gave up on attempt number five and are left with crooked and broken tiles. The pavers were also redone several times and were left chipped after supplies ran short. The jets in our spa were installed extremely low to the seat (2 inches), which is uncomfortable to say the least. I was told that they could be moved but I will likely have leaks in the future. Our outdoor kitchen sat uninstalled for almost a year and was dented/scratched by the other vendors. The stacked stone around our outdoor kitchen was installed with unusually large gaps and the cement board can be seen underneath. Hive also damaged my paver driveway after a concrete spilling incident. They did attempt an acid wash (which removed the concrete) but the driveway is now discolored. I could go on and on about the other problems we faced with this company but I think I made my point.

Very unhappy with the Hive.
I am the neighbor of a customer.
I allowed the Hive to use access of my yard to install the neighbors pool. It was supposed to be a one way in and one way out marked with flags. Only to come home from vacation to notice all flags were basically ran over pushed in the ground. Huge trucks driving in and out of parts of my property they were not supposed to use. Workers leaving trash through yard. I stepped on a flag post where we walk the dogs, it went through my shoe into my heel.
The guy promised me everything would be done in a supervised manor.
Absolutely no respect for other peoples property. Thanks Hive for recking my yard!

Amazing experience working with Hive on our custom pool, patio and screen enclosure. Todd did a great job coming up with the design we wanted. Teddy made sure the project stayed on schedule and budget. Ron and Trevor got the pool up and running. They spent a lot of time helping me understand how to keep the pool clean and answering all the questions I had. The entire project was completed in less than 12 weeks. The entire team has been very responsive.

I've work with Hive for years they are always great to work with. I'm a contractor and I know what it takes to get a job done. They are a top notch group! Mike

If we could give TEN stars, we would. We are so happy with the pool that Hive has built for us. Our sales person Todd showed us a variety of options, and together we designed the perfect pool for us. From the moment we signed, they have kept us informed of what was happening next. The whole process was seamless. Teddy our project manager kept the project flowing. When one contractor was done, the next one was right behind them. We were blown away by the quality and craftsmanship that everyone brought to the project. We have already had many neighbors ask who built our pool. We are more than happy to tell them it was Hive. Thanks guys! Can’t wait to jump in!

From what I have seen on the website and the reviews I'm looking forward to having them build our family a pool at our home in November

I called for pricing and spoke with one of the sales people. I didn't get his name but I'm sure there aren't many. I explained what I was looking for and told him that I already had a pool design because the company that I was working with went out of business and I was looking for someone to replace them. When he gave me the ballpark of their pricing I told him that it was higher than what I had from other companies and started to thank him for his time. He then said "yeah, well maybe that's why we are still in business and the company you picked isn't". I told him a lot of people were hurt financially by this company closing and he flippantly said "yeah, I'm sure they were". I would never choose this company and would warn others to not choose them either. There are a lot of companies out there with better pricing and MUCH better customer service. If that is how they go about trying to get a new customer I can only imagine how it goes when you are a customer. No thanks!

The entire team at HIVE were the absolute best! Lighting fast, great customer service, detail oriented, communicating and keeping us in the loop with the construction process. Can’t thank them enough. Great job! Everyone 5 stars to the max!

This is the 3rd time we have used Hive Outdoor for pool installation/remodeling. This was a complicated project. We are very pleased with the outcome. Special thanks to both Erik and service technician Ron. Erik always responded quickly to inquiries and kept the lines of communication open. Service technician Ron identified and quickly fixed the kinks in the new system, set it all up for us and clearly explained to us how it all works.

This is an update dated April of 2023. We had some issues with the spa jets and pool leakage. The company was very responsive and fixed the problems quickly to our satisfaction. I can't say enough about the follow up service. In our world today it is hard to come by. Ron, the lead service technician is outstanding and I would ask for him personally if you are having issues with your pool.
