I have become much more aware of the conditions the animals for our consumption are raised. We owe it to the animal and ourselves to make a solid effort to be the change not merely complain about it. Farms like these make it possible. Kayla raised a hog for me, put me on an affordable payment plan and hog was paid for well before his processing date. We got to visit the farm and he had a large pasture to run with his mates. The butcher she uses also excellent, with smoking of relevant cuts an option. So good. Will be doing it again.

Kayla, the owner, is wonderful! Very responsive. Quality meats! To include beef, lamb, pork and chicken. They have some of the best show stock in Florida! The genetics of their show heifers, suffolk sheep, and york's are simply amazing! Highly recommend!
