Very nice and friendly staff. Wish I was asked about medication taken before taking the day and long trip to find out I'm not a candidate.

As the others say, the staff is warm and friendly. And the office is very clean and comfortable. I chose a weight loss and body contouring package and received maybe minimal results which I cannot exclude was from cutting sodas and drinking a lot more water as they encouraged. My work schedule changed and became increasingly difficult to attend appointments at their location. While attending sessions, I made the costly mistake of opening a second account for other services there, unaware of work changes and time conflicts ahead. HLC Wellness requires payment ahead of beginning services and beware of their “no refund” policy. I never saw posted prices as they want to quote everyone individually; which is perhaps directed by the availability of bank or credit card accounts, or our lines of credit and “doing (me) a favor by ‘throwing in extras’” for the individually quoted “special” prices. It appears the 25% of sessions remaining from my first prepaid package and bonus “extras” not received (approximate value $500+) of and all of second package paid (over $2,000) is happily being kept because they don’t offer enough one time visit services that I could hope to be worth missing work for little to no benefit to me, only the added expense of missed work and time. The worst part is I never began service for the second package, yet they continue to refer to their no refund policy. Not so great customer service. My 3-star rating is more than fair for the friendly staff and office environment and perhaps minimal results. Any lawyers reading this can help? Buyer beware.

My journey with Hlc Wellness has been Body Changing lol! I did a year of infra red wraps, prior to doing their Angel lift for loose skin on my stomach, arms, legs & buttocks.the improvement to my skin Is AMAZING! I was looking through old pics and came across one of me standing on the beach in a bikini, and I was like “ oh my gosh” my skin now is soooooooooooo MUCH BETTER! I love it! Johann told me that it would take time to see the results as the skin has to have time to repair it self. That was so true in my case. I started the angel lift April 22, and it was Nov /Dec that i was like wow! I can really see a difference. The pictures also help. I cont to see Johann (who is amazing) on monthly membership. It’s so WORTH it! During this time I continued to drink water, eat good and exercise as a LIFESTYLE It’s also important if you want your best results. Melissa is also a sweet heart ️

Lara is the best! The whole practice is very welcoming, attentive, and thorough. I started seeing them last year and I've never had an issue. They listen to what's going on with your specific condition, offer alternative solutions, and just get to know you as a person as they take care of you. Melissa and the other therapists are all so nice as well. Definitely come here for any alternative therapies youay be seeking!

My session was great as always. Loved doing my hands with Angelic Lift. I expressed Joanne my concerns with neck and eyes, and immediately she worked on those areas, and I saw instant changes?

I am so happy I found HLC! The staff is so very welcoming, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable! They always explain exactly what to expect and options. I started with facials.and I can’t say enough nice things about Melissa and Ali! I am so horrible at sticking with a routine and my skin changes every hour. They know exactly what to do with me every time. I always walk away with gorgeous glowing skin. I don’t know how they do it. Thank you so much Melissa and Ali.my miracle workers:)

Absolutely the best place ever! The staff is so kind and welcoming! The office is clean, smells wonderful, and has a calming loving vibe! Dr. Aitken is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. The acupuncture and cupping has helped me even more than I expected. The therapeutic massage is the best I’ve ever had.truly healing for muscle tightness and pain. As a clinician, I was skeptical on how much this type of treatment would help, and I am so glad I found this gem because it’s truly a place of healing! I also recommend the salt room for sinus congestion or allergy issues.it’ll open you right up!

HLC Wellness gets results! The staff are knowledgeable and are willing to teach. The clinic is clean and the staff are adhering to Covid guidelines.
I highly recommend them.
