Large rooms, very clean, comfortable bed, decent breakfast and good staff all it a good price
Service was excellent and rooms were clean and affordable. They have a FULL complimentary hot breakfast bar for the guest as well

Our stay here at Hōm Hotel was excellent! The first thing we noticed after entering a nice looking, clean hotel lobby was a welcoming, attentive, friendly desk Clerk, named PEDRO! He checked us in with efficiency and made us feel comfortable which was extra nice because we had been driving all day and night. The room was clean and comfortable and we loved that they had laminate wood flooring, two pull down blinds to keep light out in the morning, a modern look and great layout.
We would recommend this hotel and will surely stay here again.
I stayed here for 2 nights over Christmas and everything was great. Bed is comfy, breakfast is yummy and included and I loved the little makeup remover packets they left because I forgot mine. Brought my dog and the charge was $40 for the entire stay (much appreciated!) Will stay here again when I visit my niece.

There was an issue with their credit card processing system that caused our bank not to authorize the full payment, which we did not know when we checked in (it looked like Apple pay went through). An employee knocked on our door at 4am demanding that we come downstairs “right now” and pay for the room. They were not wearing any hotel uniform and looked like just a random person in street clothes, so I didn’t know if it was an employee or someone trying to break into our room. I asked them if we could handle this in the morning during daylight and they said no because they “if we leave without paying they could get fired. ” This was very scary and unprofessional. We did pay, and in the morning a manager confirmed the issue was on their end. But our entire nights sleep was lost and our travel disrupted. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone. There is no excuse to intimidate guests this way, especially when we did nothing wrong and there was no problem with our credit card.
We stayed for 3 nights in January of 2023 and other than a bit of trouble getting the lobby computer to print some pages, we had no issues whatsoever. The staff was very helpful, breakfast was very good, and we got a free newspaper, an amenity that seems to be disappearing these days. I suspect some of the negative reviews were a result of staffing issues during the height of the pandemic.

This was my first time staying in this hotel. Also, this is the first time hearing of hom. I have to say that I liked my stay. I give them a thumbs up.
Ms. Mack greets the guest at the hotel lobby. I had a issue and she went above and beyond to resolve the problem. Thankyou hom hotel for hiring such a great staff. 5 stars. My favorite hotel.
Mack took care of me. After difficulty with check in through a third party booking, They were able to upgrade me to a king suite since I had much trouble! Thanks so much for the 10/10 hospitality. Amazing cookies!
Had to change rooms because original room's beds weren't changed. No problems after were given new one.
This hotel was picked for comfort and the fact it had direct tv (which I had called about before booking). It was the first leg of our trip back home and the shortest. We were wanting to stop early so we could watch the Cornhuskers/Hawkeyes game. They had direct tv which had the Big 10 Network. We were able to check in early. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed had a thick, soft mattress pad that my husband liked. In the first 2 hrs of check in, the front desk called to make sure we were ok and if we needed anything. I liked that. My husband thought the shower was ok. Only thing was there was 1 big towel instead of 2. Breakfast was awesome! Yes, I would come back! Staff was great!
Nice because convenient location for football games and can walk to local restaurants.but hotel is old and rooms dirty and definitely in need of some renovations.this hotel gets away with charging high prices I am sure just due to prime location. If it weren’t for location and nice staff would give it a two.
My family and I have stayed at this hotel since 2018. It was always sparkling clean with great amenities. I checked in November 2022 with the same expectation and was very disappointed. The rooms are beat up, damaged, and not clean in the slightest. Hair, food crumbs, dirt, dust, and roaches. Our room had live roaches running around, the second room we were put in down the hall was so dirty, and the third room up a floor had roaches. The front desk rep was very accommodating, trying his best to get us a better room and eventually let me check out without difficulty. It's almost as if they did away with housekeeping staff. Please be careful about choosing to stay here; live roaches aren't something to brush off or mess around with. Avoid this hotel until they get proper extermination/pest control treatment.
