If I could leave a review without a star I would. I went in for a return today and waited 15-20 minutes in the only return/exchange line they had. Mind you the lady that was holding up the line was making a purchase. The cashier had no care in the world, taking her sweet time. Called up the store to see if anyone else would be able to assist and nothing. This other worker came saying that this was the only line that could do returns and exchanges and within the same breathe then proceeded to say the other line could assist. A quick trip to hobby lobby turned into a 30 plus minute for a simple return. Horrible customer service!

This is absolutely the place to go when looking for Christmas decorations. Almost half the store has Christmas accessories from ribbons to trees.

You need to purchase electric scooters for your customers with disabilities I would enjoy shopping and purchase more if I was able to ride on one.

Be still my heart. If it's craft related and you can't find it here, you don't need it. They have EVERYTHING! In addition they have wonderful dried and silk florals, holiday and home décor.

I love supporting Christian businesses. And there's an added bonus, for the most part hobby lobby is cheaper than the other craft stores.

Hobby Lobby has everything you need from crafts to small accent furniture to decorating needs. You could definitely get the retail therapy you need from there. Found most of what I was looking for. They could use a more extensive, out of the box collection of iron-ons.

Found amazing decor to decorate my porch 90 percent off. End of season Spring line but it can be Spring on the porch year round in n Florida.

I haven't been to hobby lobby in almost 8 years but when I went here it was like I never stopped going. They haven't changed at all and I absolutely love that. The staff knows where everything is and even helped me with a picture frame I couldn't find. Super awesome.

Love Hobby Lobby! They play Christian music while you shop. In addition to crafts and fabrics, they offer a huge selection of seasonal items and unique household decor including gifts for men and Christian items.

They have everything you can possibly think of for arts and crafts and home decor. Even the smallest detail you would never imagine.

I always find what I am looking for a this store. I am never disappointed with the quality.
I recommend this store to everyone looking for that something special to decorate their home with.

I hate the stance that Hobby Lobby holds but the staff has nothing to do with that. Staff was helpful and the sales were plentiful.

The Hobby Lobby behind Outback Steak House off 98 North in Lakeland is bright and organized. It has loads of inspiration for gifts and decorating.

Josh (who works in the framing department) is so very kind and helpful! He is an absolute gem! I brought in a picture and he helped me with a custom mat. I was visiting from out of town and was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to get it done in a timely manner. Josh took care of it right away, I waited 5 minutes. He was so nice and easy to talk to. I think he should be recognized for his excellent service. Thank you Josh for making my day!:)

The two stars is for Ms. Sonija (or Sonia) for the excellent customer service today. She was very patient and helpful. But the line at the cash register! There was one new cashier getting trained, another cashier next to them staring off into space, and another cashier on the right. Both lines had at least seven or eight ppl. While standing in line, a set of four employees walked up to the cashier area and then left. No other register opened. Then the light bulb hit the employee starring off and she finally opened her register. I have been to this store many times, and the lines at checkout is always my complaint. A self checkout line maybe? ! Too many employees in the store to have customers waiting today.

Acoustics, crafts, hobbies, memorabilia.they have it. Well stocked, courteous and helpful staff. Not open Sunday, so staff can attend church and spend time with family and friends.

The general manager did not want accept a return for an item that was damaged at the time of purchase with the receipt even after reminding her about the "Satisfaction Guaranteed" policy. After not accepting no for an answer, she finally exchanged the damaged product. We won't be back to this location. We will either go to a different Hobby Lobby or Michael's in the future.
