Got my car towed for parking in an area I thought was guest parking, turns out I was wrong. But my car is pretty low and when I checked out the car no damage. Just happy they took the care into making sure it wasn’t damaged.

I was stuck in a predicament, needed a tow. Call SEVERAL towing companies who quoted me ETAs of several hours. I called Hobkirk, told it would take 30-45 minutes and they showed up on time. The operator (boss) was kind, courteous, and honest about fees, wait times etc. The driver, John, was quick and careful with the car. I will definitely be using them again, and recommending them for friends and family.

Called Hobkirk towing on behalf of an elderly lady whose car was broken down on Roberts Road at 4: 50 PM Thursday, November 3,2022. Was told by the young lady that answered the phone that they could not come and tow this elderly lady’s car to Monticello where she lived because it was (and I quote) too late in the day and they might get a call for an accident. This business closes at 6 PM. I thought this was a service industry. I really hope they get no phone calls for the next week at a minimum. UNBELIEVABLE that she could sit there and tell me that. I would rather walk home then to utilize this business and highly recommend you call all others before even thinking of placing a phone call to Hobkirk.

PLEASE READ Do yourself A favor and avoid this rip off company at all cost. They are thieves and liars. I got caught in their trap last week. My daughter a student at FSU parked in a garage that was unbeknownst to her restricted. They towed the car and it cost us 460 dollars to get it back! Plus they damaged the car when towing it and did at least 2000 dollars of damage to the front bumper! Ripped off the lower cowling. They Won't accept responsibility of course because they are trash and I know every nick on this car as I have had it since new. Beware of these thieves.pass the word please. Pure trash this company avoid

We use Hobkirk to monitor and maintain our Parking Garage and we couldn't be happier with their services. They are extremely professional and I highly recommend any property or business to use their services. They provide detailed pictures of vehicles that are illegally parked making residents and employees day to day experience more enjoyable. Thank you Hobkirk!

Very quick process, a little pricey and didnt really care about the customer but the tow truck driver did drive with care.

This is the worst company in the world. They simply prey on college students to make their money. Also, they will BULLY you. If you want to take pictures of your car in their yard you will not be allowed to because they simply know that they are liable for any damages. This is the rudest company ever.

Great staff, friendly an they do what they say. I highly recommend them to my friends an family.

Great service! Fast response time, when I called a couple other tow companies before them they were talking two or three hours before they could get to me and Hobkirk Towing (** Daniel **) Responded immediately and got to me within 30 minutes and got my car where it needed to go within an hour and a half total. So I would definitely recommend over anyone else I have had experience with. Hope this helps!

If you see the woman she is one of the worst individuals on earth. She makes your entire experience completely intolerable. Male staff members are nice enough.

Hobkirk Enterprises is a towing company I would recommend to anyone in the need of a professional, on time, good quality, good value towing company. Dispatcher Gloria with her professional customer service skills made it easy for me to understand the rates and charges the company offer and John on time master his skills by delivering my vehicle without damage and at the right location.

They have a system with local apartments where they tow you from your apartment and make you pay anyways I was not given a parking detail at my apartments the hub Tallahassee and this is what happened so I wake up when I have things to do to my car being gone this sounds like a scam with the apartments and the company and I asked so this happens often they reply well yes we tow cars from there often sounds like a scam if you do the math we are going to see what happens when my office opens at my apartment complex the hub I will be leaving a review again

They lurk around looking to tow innocent people who are unaware a parking pass on necessary or that visitor parking is available in complexes. Parked for an hour checking on sick friend, came out car gone. I saw no signs posted at the entrance or in the parking lot, extremely dark area.

Got towed from Aqua Club and got my car back with dents. The only was they have a 2.3 is that their rude employee puts 5 star reviews. They messed up my car and I now have 3 dents that weren’t there before. Cant wait to take them to court

I’m a resident at the Azalea dorm at FSU and they towed my car because they didn’t think I was a resident and I was forced to pay $110 upfront or I would be charged more. As a college student, that type of money is not something that comes easy. The lady at the front desk was rude and acted uninterested in helping me during the process. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would!

Best experience I have had with a tow service after 50 years of driving! The driver was helpful and efficient after the accident, and the clerk at the tow yard was very helpful. The yard was clean and nearly empty, so they don't seem to be doubling as a junk yard. The bag of street sweepings was sitting on the hood when we arrived, and we were able to find the silver spoons in it that slipped out of a bag that was going to be delivered to our daughter that day. We forgot to check the ceiling compartment when we removed things from our car, so I went back to check at the end of the day. The clerk cheerfully gave me the keys and I was able to retrieve the spare pair of glasses.

I got my car towed and they completely messed up my whole skirt on my car. Not professional what so ever. They have no idea what cars need what tow truck. A god awful service and do not recommend using.
