“The last honest lawyer in Tampa. ” These were the words I heard from a friend over twenty years ago after I had a crash with a driver who didn’t see me coming. Not an uncommon circumstance for a motorcyclist with well over two hundred thousand miles on his bike back then; only this time an accident was unavoidable and impact happened as the car dashed into my right-of-way.

I had been at a loss as to what to do - dealing with the adverse insurance company and having my broken elbow attended to, in addition to getting my bike repaired and fit to ride again. When my friend mentioned Bradley Souders with so positive an affirmation, I called him straight away. I immediately felt such a commiserating connection that I knew this was someone I could trust. He agreed to meet with me the next day, a Saturday, which he indicated was not a normal work day for him but he was willing to make an exception.
