Dr Barrett performed hearing test today on me. He explained the test thoroughly, he was very polite and professional, made me feel ver comfortable. Had my annual hearing test today with Barrett St Germain. This is as my first visit with Barrett and was very impressed with him. I found him to be most pleasant and professional. He is truly an asset to Hoglund hearing.

Benjamin Brody is an excellent technician, forgive the lack of title. As a user of Hearing Aids himself for the past 17 years, he is a wealth of information, knowledge, and experience.
He is extremely thorough in his evaluation and follow up. He tried five different inserts (?) in daughter’s tiny ears before he settled on one he was happy with. She has Down Syndrome. Hearing loss and small canals are common to people with Downs.

Love every experience I have had there for about 5 years now. You get quality care, and the audiologist and doctors are patient, educating you all along the way, and most of all take lots of time making sure you feel comfortable and understand how to use your hearing side, explain all the channels and add some if you find certain situations more challenging they adjust the program or add a special one. One example is a program to tune out background noise at restaurants so you can concentrate on your tablemate’s conversation. I feel I hit the jackpot finding Hogland Family Hearing. Everyone is pleasant and competent beyond normal expectations.

I would highly recommend Hogland Family hearing. They take care of you for the life of your hearing aids. Friendly, professional staff.
