Be forewarned: The CAPE CANAVERAL location in COCOA BEACH is a scam. They do not return calls. Give out bogus "direct" phone numbers. Communicate by email BUT only when it relates to collecting payment. Silence otherwise. Further, their office location is dark and desserted. Suspicious, we stopped by the address to check on our hunch. Sure enough it was closed. Rundown. Seriously sketchy. Fortunately we were able to make alternative arrangements for our luggage safe-keeping (post cruise) so as to be able to explore the area unencumbered. Highly recommend you hold off on using holdmyluggage on 6211 N Atlantic Avenue, suite 4, Cape Canaveral, Florida. That said, Constance, the owner of several other Orlando/area
franchises jumped in to try to remedy the situation. SHE is a trustworthy gem!

Super efficient service. They removed all of our 33 suitcases from our house and we took them straight to the airport with ease. Everyone was very agile and friendly. All done via WhatsApp! I recommend

The staff was friendly and the service made it easy to deal with getting stuck with a later flight and not having to be concerned with carrying luggage everywhere we went while we killed time

The most wonderful lady helped me out in Orlando. She was my angel for the day when no one would help me out. The prices were more generous than the airport itself and she had a smile to make the sun shine on a cloudy day. I will always use this service when my condo kicks me out early and my flight is in the evening. They even pick it up for you too. We need one of these in Boston but with the southern hospitality.

Affordable, convenient, safe. Got to the airport at 9am, flight wasn't until 9pm. The team at hold my luggage was very nice as well. Would definitely re-use again if waiting for a long time in the city.

Excellent and friendly service. They picked up our cases and delivered them to the airport, so we could enjoy our last day in Florida without the stress of carting heavy cases around with us. 100% recommended!

These guys absolutely came in clutch for us. Had almost 9hrs to waste and didn't know what we was gonna do with our luggage. American airlines won't take bags more than 4hrs before flights. Hold My Luggage was easy and affordable. Located on level one in Terminal B. This company needs to be at every airport. I would give 6 stars if I could.

My family of 5 finished a Disney Cruise and had large gap from disemabarking and flying out. Hold My Luggage was a life saver, allowed us to get securely store out luggage so we could go and explore Orlando. Highy recommend

We used Hold My Luggage when we disembarked a cruise in the morning and our flight wasn’t until 10pm that night. They were easy to find in the airport and the overall process was very easy to book. It meant that we could leave the airport for the day and do other things so it was a very valuable service to us. Would highly recommend and will most definitely use them again in the future

Ashton and Constance were amazing! I had multiple airline cancellation & delay situations and they were so helpful and understanding. Super convenient service, affordable, efficient, and located right inside the airport on the first floor by dollar car rental (had to ask a couple info booths to get the right location). Thank you!

We flew in to Orlando and my luggage did not! It was delayed, due to arrive the next day. I thought my vacation was ruined since we had no time to travel BACK to the airport to pick up my bag. THANKFULLY, HML rescued our trip! They retrieved my bag from the airport and delivered it directly to our hotel, AND at an affordable price, which is just awesome because every penny counts while on vacation! The care and service to my bag issue was excellent. I highly recommend this vacation-saving company!
